What were the videos about? There were two from memory, but could have been others. One was an interview with Tom Meighan which was beyond cringeworthy - TM essentially made a load of excuses for assaulting his partner and blamed Serge's jealousy at wanting to be frontman for kicking him out the band. Hargreaves licked his arse throughout. The other was Hargreaves defending TM for assaulting his partner and said he should be given another chance. |

He's very passionate about Oasis but the videos are well presented. Some of his theories were interesting and well-evidenced, although he definitely came up with the theory then found circumstantial clues to fit at times. The Masterplan theory, which is actually about WTSMG rather than the Masterplan, is an interesting watch and probably has some truth to it. But as his videos gained more traction they became more and more weird and cringy. The Tom Meighan videos were embarrassing and, despite lacking any kind of musical talent, singing or songwriting ability, decided to launch a music career to 'bring back rock and roll' when he's about as rock and roll as a pair of slippers. He wasn't always all bad but he's best just avoided now. |

The problem was definitely that he ran out of material for videos so just went completely off the wall and made shit up. |

Might be referencing that? I feel someone on here would've seen "someone trying to reupload it." Would've rather have seen him talk about that one of the Cork gigs was apparently broadcast via radio as well as the second night at LA in '98. Honestly the more I really look into the topics he decides to make videos on, the more I realize he might not even be aware that this forum exists. |

Not a truer word has ever been said to be honest, I've thought about this for a long time and I've always found it weird. I mean, I got into Oasis in 2015 and it didn't take me long at all to hear the name Live4ever even if I didn't actually join for a few years. I find it absolutely inconceivable to think that someone who's been into the band for that many years and who's particularly into the history/rarities surrounding the band has never even heard of it but I've never once heard him mention it explicitly or even allude to it Side note: this forum has been up for about 3 months longer than I've been alive, so for a diehard fan right from the start to have never crossed paths with it even once is ludicrous |

I think that his best videos were the ones about Liam's voice change, and the other one about DYKWIM lyrics theory. Those were really good in my opinion. I haven't watched his newer videos yet.

There's a video he did on "Noels Notebook" which I thought was pretty good. There's a song in there that he theorises (with a bit of evidence) could be an early version of the infamous "Slow". Obviously we could only read the lyrics and have no idea on the chords or melody. |
