Is there any other audiovisual material that you wish was released?
I particularly want the MTV unplugged but apparently I don't think it will be officially released anytime, or maybe in 5 years for the 30th anniversary, hahaha.
A best of the Be Here Now tour still makes me excited,it is assumed that almost all the concerts were recorded, but I find it difficult, even so, I do not lose hope.
A lot of people want something from Finsbury Park 2002, but I'm not really interested in anything live post-2000.

That fucking MTV Unplugged performance does not deserve a release. I'd be fuming if it was put out in place of literally any other Oasis gig, including postponed ones. Time for something from the 2000s.

I definitely did not think I was going to be excited about this Knebworth release at all but I've been a bit hyped for it since it was formally announced. I have scores of bootlegged shows, I am really interested in more of an Anthology set of releases now, better than what we've received from the Chasing The Sun series and covering their entire career.

I really want both Loch Lomond and Cork gigs (some of the stuff being sold has both gigs mentioned, they know) but they will never release them. Maybe the Earls Court gigs of ‘97, first night at GMEX and Finsbury Park ‘02 gigs off the top of my head.

That Finsbury gig with the crowd dancing in the mud would be great.
Apparently it was shot and edited and came close to an official release at the time. There's quite a few clips on the short documentaries that came with various DVD singles and it looks incredible.

I think that 00's compilation Noel talked about will get a release soon. I don't buy it that they couldn't agree on the tracklist. I think they postponed it because Knebworth was coming this year too.

I agree, I can't think of any decision about the tracklist that could be that controversial that they decided to scrap the whole project. Maybe there were too many Noel sung tracks on the extra CD? the one with demos and stuff. |

The hype for Knebworth just serves to remind how great the Oasis output and live shows were from 94' - 98' It does really drop off from Heathen Chemistry onwards. It would be great to cut all the fat and have the greats of those latter albums with some unheard demos added on. I'm sure many people will disagree with me, but I find it difficult to listen to the post-SOTSOG output these days at all. |

Finsbury Park definitely should be released. But certainly not that damn MTV unplugged gig or anything that's already been officially released.
Also, their Argentina gig from 2009 would be great as it's one of their best gigs from the Dig Out Your Soul tour. And, the Manchester GMex first night would be good.
