What’s this Lavelle remix you’re on about? Sure you don’t mean Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me or WAL? X Yeah you are spot on. “UNKLE” didn’t remix A Simple Game Of Genius. James Lavelle wasn’t involved in remixing either AKA... What A Life! Or Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me. It was Pablo Clements and James Griffith, who went onto become Toydrum. He is only attached because of use of the UNKLE name. Lavelle did re-remix it for Living In My Headphones with Charlie May though. m.soundcloud.com/james-lavelle/noel-get-phunked-upHad no idea on the Toydrum information- will have to look them up! Yep I seem to have mistaken the (in my head only ha ha) remix for the other two quoted. Starting to feel Noel is just a mighty tease or just starting to come across as Mr Billy Bullshit. unless we actually get anything new from his huge vast catalogue of apparent songs never heard sometime before his retirement!

Noel is a smart business man. Releasing a new album or anything new right now is pointless. People are not gonna buy it. So let the year go, release a best of that cost nothing to make, make some money at christmas with it. And in 2022, may or september > new album. |

Oasis realesed a GH before their last album.
I have no problem with a NGHFB GH if there will be 2/3 unreleased brand new tunes.
Anyway, I'm a completist and I will buy it just for the sake of the collection.
But I don't think it will be a classic GH, the title (THE WAY...) makes me think it's a compilation of demos, live and alternative takes.

I would personally love another Dreams we have as children live record if no actual new tunage. I remember getting that free on a Sunday paper and listened to it on repeat for the afternoon. Weller on backing vocals too - brilliant. Highlight being the Smiths cover. |

That included non-album singles (ie new NGHFB tunes for promo), b-sides (he’s got plenty), and alts.

I love the majority of Noel’s solo work.
That being said - Dream On, The Mexican, and the second half of WBTM (with the exception of The Man Who Built The Moon) all belong in an album called “The WORST of NGFHB”.
