Great vocal performance and nice song but it's not very Liam. If I heard this on the radio and it wasn't Liam singing I'd probably pay little attention and be quite content to never hear the song again And yet, there seems little need for Liam at this stage in the game to do exactly what is expected of him. Especially when the whole world has come largely to a standstill and there was the space to do something a little outside the old "watered-down Oasis" zone. What is very Liam about it is that he knew he could pull it off. Yeah fair play to him. Not dissing it at all. Just not exactly my cup of tea. But I'll be buying it. It is for charity after all |

I think it's a lovely little song, like the strings and horns. Think he sounds great. It's just nice to have a liam tune this xmas after the last year everyone has gone through. Roll on album number 3 and the New Year.

hmm I don't know. I'm not really in the mood for sappy sounding christmassy songs at the moment Definitely a wintery Christmas type sound. I agree with the earlier post i just tried to quote but couldn't for some reason - It's one I'd play at Xmas time. I mean, I love Lennon's War Is Over but have no time for it in the summer. This is why they're christman tunes lol but... what about the southern half of the world and their classic summer christmas?!  |

It's the same with Barry White - great while you've dimmed the lights and making love to your girlfriend/wife (or someone else's girlfriend/wife). But should never be listened to outside of these very strict parameters. |

Having had throat issues for the last couple of years, I am so happy to be able to have a crack at Liam Gallagher songs again. I love this song, and so have tried to get a cover together (maybe the first one?). What a beautiful song.

Beautiful tune. Of course, it's more eggnog than gin and tonic, but I like that Liam is open to trying different things. It sounds timeless, hope it does well especially since it's for charity. I'm really glad he decided to give us this unexpected present, now looking forward to the video.
