Probably hide the replies because sick of hearing about the Liam and Noel farce which is what that situations become , no doubt it’ll drum up the publicity required to shift some more copies ..accept it for what it is , it’ll be great to see noel back there plus as Liam says he can’t remember half of it

Now let's get serious, do we think they have a shot at number #1? Or at least a top 3 entry in the charts? I seriously hope so, because of low album sales, also for new releases, the last couple of weeks. Vinyl sales on top of streams (which already takes MG to the top 40 for months) might catapult the album very high. On the other hand, sales overall might be growing in this time of year and I'm not sure about the competition next week. How cool would a number 1 or even top 3 be! We gotta make it happen!

Well yes they do but I doubt it will be any time soon. Seriously though we haven't got long now to find out what's in store for us on Thursday. Is it not the Noel interview answering fan questions ? I've no idea to be honest but if it is Liam should be included too.

If it is just him then it is really pathetic. I said it and i will say it again, oasis isn't noel's toy. I fully agree with you and like you say it is really pathetic.

I think Oasis's management are pretty pathetic these days when it comes to stuff like this. But sadly it's not surprising especially as they're still Noel's management.

It was Noel who made this happen. No doubt after the Rockfield documentary and also to win back some Oasis fans. Found this on FB - ibb.co/ZMfqS2d

If he did no one would moan about Noel not being there like they do now about Liam... stop arguing about Liam or Noel. It's the music we love don't we.

Liam did As It Was (not Oasis doc under the Oasis brand, just a doc about his solo career), the director even asked Noel to do an interview for it (Noel refused) and people here called it propaganda. Ok to clarify why I “moan”. Last time when the band members (well those who wanted to participate) collaborated (separately) on something we got Supersonic doc. That’s why I wanted them to do something for the anniversary together, the final product could be better. Instead of this Noel alienated the other members of the band even further I suspect and most likely we will get NGHFBs “look how great I am” doc

Zero reason Ignition couldn’t have sent a camera crew around to Liam’s, except it would cost a bit extra and there’d be a little more editing work (although it would likely be more fun to edit). You could still have Noel pontificate away on the songwriting and recording process to his heart’s content and Liam could provide the color Liam naturally provides … um, you know, the contrast that actually made the band that is being celebrated what it was …

Some arguments here... Liam doesn’t remember half of it? Thank god Noel didn’t take drugs in 90s so his memory should be perfect. Bonehead had his Twitter listening parties, that’s enough for him, let’s him left out the album anniversary made by the band he founded? Noel’s finally after 25 years has opportunity to talk about his songwriting process, therefore the other members are not needed? Like?

Like many I have given Noel stick recently but the thing is when Oasis were around he would do pretty much all the media stuff and I never found it to be a problem then, so I don't really mind him doing it now. Liam had his hostile shtick which was hilarious at times but not particularly enlightening and the other members showed much inclination to get involved. Obviously Liam has changed his public persona these past few years and could add some humour into it but as others have said he probably could add much info. I guess it lacks a bit of courtesy not asking but courtesy isn't either brother's strong point. It will still be a good watch.

I mean, Noel was the one that was there for the entire recording process and he wrote all of the songs. Liam and Bonehead would do their parts and then be down at the pub while Noel was actually doing everything else. Those two need to chill out.

Oasis were and never has been "Noel Gallagher & Co.". Noel's songs and Liam's voice made the band what they were/are and not forget Bonehead, Guigsy and Alan. Without them, Gallaghers wouldn't have been able to make it happen.

They rather have karaoke than ask other band members to contribute something...
