Whole thing is a giant waste of time, same with Definitely Maybe and Be Here Now which will follow.
Gold vinyl, silver vinyl, picture discs. Thanks Noel, you spoil us because what every Oasis fan wants is another straight up reissue.

I wonder what they will do for 25 years of Be Here Now. Remember that spicy chicken interview Noel did? Where after every question he had to eat spicier and spicier chicken wings? Well for the Be Here Now 25th interview they should do the same thing but with longer and longer lines of cocaine. X Ha, ha, I some how can't see that happning.

It would have been nice to include Liam in the Q and A too. I would love to hear Liam's stories about the making of the album.

Tho iirc Matt Whitecross said that Guigsy and Alan have some problems w Oasis mgmt? Also I saw Guigsys sister shading Noel few times on Twitter. So I’m sure there are some severe disagreements but isn’t it a bit late to go to the court? Oh Liam, never gives us context lol

Noel said that there will be some unreleased stuff didn't he? "Stuff", but not music.

And if it is music it might well just be a load of live tracks that we probably have as boots already anyway...

Instead of releasing the same stuff over and over again it's almost bizarre they didnt start something like a Vault series yet. So much stuff that doesnt see the light of the day. What a shame.

I am hoping for lots of previously unreleased material, if only to read the reactions in this thread.

Honest question, do you think there's that much unreleased material left?

Honest question, do you think there's that much unreleased material left? I think there is alternate takes, demos and Unused NG vox or LG vox like step out.

Honest question, do you think there's that much unreleased material left? Probably not. Noel didn't do demos back then, bar acoustic guide tracks to start the recordings. Probably some rough "demos" of unheard songs, but as for MG sessions, doubt there is that many never heard before tracks. All those have been released as bsides 25 years ago. Even the "throwaway" Bonehead Bank's Holiday has been released. What they could do is do stuff like the Beatles and try alternative mixes that would (Like the Goal version of Morning Glory or DYKWIM from 2016) completely change the songs. Now that would be interesting. We'll get more unheard stuff from post 00s but Noel dont seem interested in reworking that era. yet.

Now that would be interesting. We'll get more unheard stuff from post 00s but Noel dont seem interested in reworking that era. yet. We know that Noel use to send tapes/CD's around to band and others with stuff he was working on ahead of any recording sessions in the 90's. However, I doubt that Noel kept copies and the few that have surfaced have quickly ended up in the hands of collectors. That would pose a challenge to Ignition, as they would need to over pay to get their hands back on the single, existing known copy of some of this stuff (like the studio version of I am the Walrus) and that's if the person in possession of it even wants it to be heard. On a related note, most of the recording during this period was still done on tape. They almost certainly would just tape over any take that the didn't deem worthy enough to save for mixing, so I fear that most of the good stuff (like Step Out with Liam) would have simply been erased/taped over.
