I have respect for Republicans that calmly stick up for their beliefs and back them up with fair arguments. The problem is those who will blindly follow and support a candidate no matter what he does, and here lies the main issue with Trump Supporters. He is a bad influence on susceptible republicans and it's got to the point that they simply will not listen to reason, will blindly follow and support him no matter what he does, and refuse to accept defeat calmly and sensibly. It's absolutely, fucking embarrassing. I'm not saying that there aren't people who blindly support the Dems, but still, to be backing up Trump at this stage when he is acting like this, is abhorrent. It's a sad indictment on the level of critical thinking over there as anyone with an ounce of it couldn't possibly fall for his dogshit. God knows what the education system is like if it churns so many of these people out.

I'm surprised at the ammount of people in the replies who either a) have really short memory or b) can't detect sarcasm
but yeah, I guess with all the load of shit Trump says day after day people can forget he said exactly the same words to her not so long ago
I'm so glad the bully in charge is getting the boot

Decision Desk HQ just called Pennsylvania for Biden. That gives him 273 electoral votes, making him the President-Elect of the United States.

No Biden landslide, no Blue Wave. GOP keeps Senate, gains in the House. So expect more congressional gridlock. And my boy Mitch McConnell remains Senate Majority Speaker. So even if Biden ends up the winner, this was a shocking night for the Dems. Trump greatly over performaned. Polls were embarrassingly and historically wrong - to a scale exponentially bigger than 2016. George W. Bush LOST the popular vote and stole the election and you treated it like a mandate. Donald Trump LOST the popular vote and you treated it like a mandate. Meanwhile, Democrats just WON the presidency with the popular vote and kept the House while gaining seats in the Senate, so forgive me for not listening to a single word you say about this not being a mandate. Joe Biden pledged to Democrats at the start that he would build a big tent anti-Trump coalition, flip Trump voters, increase the party's white working class numbers, and oust Trump from the White House. He did exactly what he promised. The rest is commentary.

Get the kunt hauled out the White House asap, preferably in handcuffs.

Republicans barely distance themselves from trump or make any effort to condemn what he did last night. No they even find excuses for his behavior and just keep sucking up to him. Truly pathetic partisanship. The self proclaimed greatest democracy in the world is a joke yet systematic change is almost impossible because they jerk so much over their flag and constitution. I feel bad for the younger generation.

So according to the stats and Nate Silver, going by the popular vote, this will probably be the 2nd least close election since 2000.
So much for 'lacking a mandate' eh...

Regan Morris for BBC in Arizona
It’s getting wild outside the elections department in Arizona's Maricopa County. Biden currently leads in the state by 1.3%, with 93% of votes counted - a surprising development in a state which has traditionally voted Republican in presidential elections.
Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who runs the right-wing conspiracy theory website Infowars, is here leading the crowd in chants of “1776!” and “Pelosi Burn in Hell!” Across the street, another group sings the US National Anthem, The Star Spangled Banner.
Crackpots. Get yourselves and your pishy guns away home and away and lie in your own pish. Your headcase in chief is GONE.

What if Trump cheated, so he knows he should have won - but because he’s losing it’s clear the Democrats also cheated. So both parties get caught. What then? What? The truth is you'll just have to lick your wounds and admit that Trump has lost this election. He's not going to win and you know it.

I think it's so funny that Trump has lost in Georgia and Pennsylvania especially as Pennsylvania is a key state in the election. Also I read in the news yesterday that Trump's court case in Georgia has been thrown out. Ha, ha, ha, good.
