Trump won 304 electoral votes in 2016 and called it a "blowout." A "landslide." "Historic."
Biden just won 306.

Biden just officially won Arizona. That gives Biden 270 electoral votes without Pennsylvania and Georgia. And AZ can't be recounted because campaigns can't ask for recounts, and Biden's margin is too big for an automatic recount.
In other words, all the litigation and recounts in PA & GA can't change the outcome.
Say it with us, Cheeks: President-elect Biden.

Republicans don't like Trump either. That was just his opportunity and path to the White House. Hopefully those guys circle their wagons and get legit candidates for 2024 so Trump can't run again. Don't even wanna mess with that again. He lost but he has diehards out there. Dude still got a shit ton of votes. That scares me that 71+ million Americans were like "Yes! This guy!".

Ha, ha, ha, US election officials have rejected Trump's fraud claims. They said the 2020 White House vote was the most secure in American history. And that there's no evidence that votes were deleted. Good.

So Trump supporters have been protesting backing Trump's claims about the fraud in Washington have they? Total and utter idiots. Why don't they get over themselves and realise that Trump lost the election.

So basically if Trump refuses to concede it goes to the Senate to decide who is next president? Which backs Trump? This is going to get messy.

So basically if Trump refuses to concede it goes to the Senate to decide who is next president? Which backs Trump? This is going to get messy. The only way anyone apart from the electoral college decides is if no candidate receives 270 electoral votes. Biden has 306. If no candidate reached 270, though, the House of Representatives would vote for President and the Senate would vote for Vice President. (They can only choose from the three candidates receiving the most electoral votes.) Here's a big but about that, though: while everyone in the Senate would vote for their preferred candidate individually, in the House vote, each state gets one vote. That means the delegates of each state would vote to determine the candidate that will get their state's one vote. That, in turn, means that Republicans would actually have the advantage, as they control a majority of the state delegations in the House.

He definitely ain't going to go quietly though is he.

He definitely ain't going to go quietly though is he. Correct. No sitting president has ever refused to leave office or vacate the White House in the course of American history. However, the 20th Amendment of the Constitution states that Trump, loses his presidential mandate January 20 at noon, and, if he tries to stick around after that, the Secret Service would be forced to evict him, just as they would any other trespasser. If he refuses to leave or comply, they be forced to physically remove him. (Which I would pay good money to see, not gonna lie.) Long story short, on January 20 at noon, he is no longer President, and Trump's acceptance of the election results or his probable refusal to attend the Inauguration Day ceremony is completely irrelevant to the actual transfer of authority. He will lose all presidential privilege, including access to Air Force One or The Beast (the armored presidential limo). He will no longer be Commander-In-Chief, meaning the Pentagon cannot and will not come to his aid should Biden be sworn in, and will not retain any authorities as they relate to the U.S. Armed Forces.
