spurs to go 4th by beating fulham... EVERTON fans...why is Moisey dropping Timmy Cahill?? i am rather perplexed by that one... It's cos he needs to rest him. He's been playing none stop over the summer for australia or something and hasn't had a break, so he doesn't want him to burn out. As a result the team is burning out instead

I can see Spurs finishing above the Arsenal this year, as much as I hate to say so! Well, at least they ought to with the squad Jol's put together. Mind you, if they need a lucky goal from Robbie Keane to beat a Villa side who coulda won 5-0, I might have to change my mind soon!

Wigan boss Paul Jewell will receive the Barclays Premiership Manager of the Month award for September. Jewell's newly-promoted side went through the month unbeaten and established themselves in the top half of the table. The Latics collected seven points from a possible nine, recording away wins at West Brom and Everton. Jewell took over at Wigan in 2001, leading them to the League One title in 2003 and promotion again last season. He also managed Bradford in the top flight, but this is the first time he has received the Barclays Manager of the Month award. YAY ;D
