Sounds amazing tbh, like a slow What a Life with heavy guitars. People waiting for a melody are gonna disappointed though, It's a jam more than a song. Same feeling here. Pretty interesting jam but not really much here to cling on to for a NG-style melody. The perfect EP track in that sense. Glad to have it! Me too, was hoping for some kind of big guitar solo to add something in the end though. Indeed a track 3 on an EP, nice enough, it will make a quite good 9 track album overall, with some very different sound. |

Where This Is The Place is a driving track, this is a walking track - a walking track with swagger in its steps.
This Is The Place is the track to listen to on the way there and Evil Flower is the one to listen to on the way back, if you know what I mean 😎

Noel Gallagher steals himself shocker : The "Evil Flower" bit sounds ridiculously close to "sunshine showers" from Keep On Reaching. 'Evil Flower' pilfers a few WBTM songs: there's a vocal bit from Ysee that sounds like it was taken from Fort Knox and something about the drum pattern sounds like you could sing The Man Who Built the Moon right over it. I think all the above are intentional and it's an interesting bit of experimentation. |

The Evil Flower Reflex Revision is better than the actual song, first time I've seen that happen with an NG song (although the Riverman wizards sleeve remix was something else)

The next record, with that sound and better songs, could be a huge thing. |
