If he wanted to. With the latest lineup, or the original line up or a completely new one. Could he/they go out and tour as Oasis without Noels consent?

I'd love for him to tour with previous members rather than the dribble he plays with now, but I don't think he would ever label it as Oasis.

Liam is a founding member and a full partner in the Oasis estate. He would need Noels permission to do it, but it could be done.

I wouldn’t be surprised if in 10-15 years time once he’s done everything he can solo and the hype starts to fade. I could see him doing either of the first two albums in full with Bonehead and whoever else he could get under the Oasis name as massive outdoor shows. No new records, he’s smart enough not to go down that route.

Liam forming another “Oasis” already happened. It was called Beady Eye. Same guys as Oasis just without noel. Like this thread is about. Oasis without Noel is moot. |

I think that he said that after Noel left the band, they were thinking what should they do next, should they continue with name Oasis and everybody agreed that it was bad idea. But nobody said that it was leggaly impossible. So, I think he can. If he can, then probably Noel also can. So my question is, what would happen if Liam with Bonehead and few other guys and Noel with Gem and few other guys, decide to start up Oasis again on the same day :-) |

He has already it’s called the liam Gallagher solo career. He plays mostly oasis songs live and I few recent songs thrown in. I don’t think the day it’s that far away that he will play a whole gig just of oasis material
