Do you mean it's just a single take of one song or multiple different takes of the same song? ...Leave it with me for now. Hopefully 1 week we'll have a song to hear! Obviously an unheard song would would be great but anything you can share from these tapes would be most welcome. |

Hi all Really sorry for the radio silence on this. As mentioned above I work full time with a family... but more importantly dont have a Dat player or someone local with one.. or at least I didnt. I do now and im converting it on Friday next week. I didnt want to send it away as you'll appreciate. I am a fan, LIAM calm down mate haha no bluff. It was quite a repetitive song but please understand that night I was pretty drunk and certainly did record a lot on my phone but annoyingly not this song. The recordings are great if you can delete me and Owen talkin bollocks over them all. Not ideal and all video format so hige files. I heard this tape first and knew it was a long full tape. So we did the other 3 that youve seen pictured first. There isn't much of any worth on two of them (bsides is one song for example). By the time we got back to this one we were drunk and decided to come back to it.. then the Dat player packed in. Couldnt write it. Had a cracking couple of chats with Owen, heard amazing stories too. Hes a class act, genuine funny fella with a great history. Hoping to keep in touch. Check my Instagram out, I'm well into this and will share it lads dont worry, even if its something ive not heard... you may have. Ps: i did make a custom sleeve for liams singles, just for myself tbh, not for sale. Liams management saw it and shared/used the image. Followets went from 1.5k to 8k in 2 days... comedy. I'd love a recording to show up of the first night, just to compare to the 14th.
But this discovery is excellent and I'm glad these tapes still exist. Thanks a lot for sharing these with the Oasis fans and not asking for anything. Top work.

...Lads i really hope this isnt a disappointment haha. Exciting regardless. There's not many Oasis soundchecks floating about. Even if the mystery song is not a new one to us I'm sure the actual soundcheck will be of interest to many fans here. |

My mistake....I misread that as he was still in search of one. Nothing to see here/carry on... Yeah its fine, Friday it should be saved as a wav file. Was supposed to meet him last week but his brother passed away 2 weeks ago so as you'd expect he wanted to push it back. Another studio wanted £100 to do it..but i want to physically be sat there as it records so i know what happens to it. We're not as overexcited as when we were all waiting to hear the much-hyped"Stop Lads i really hope this isnt a disappointment haha. Exciting regardless.
