definitely get TRS/Riverman vibes, but with a bit of something else too.
Like it so far, but need to hear a full version obviously. Kind of sounds like something he'd do around the time of his first album

I like it, looking forward to the studio version. I do like the sound of it. Just gonna wait to hear the full version before judging fully.

I think that sounds alright. It's all a bit chaotic through a mobile phone but I can imagine the studio version being interesting.

I first heard Riverman live, and I fell in love with it instantly.
This is song is a snooze...no hook, no real soaring chorus, just kinda one-note the whole time (with way too much harmonizing).
This is Noel's "St. Anger" period and I'll just have to wait it out I guess, until he comes back to what he does best.

Hard to judge but I like what I'm hearing. I get the Weller similarities.

On another note... I don't get why people spend 80 quids on a gig ticket and then they talk all the time. Jeez.

I've just noticed people are actually sitting down. Fucking hell. Fucking hell. Everyone sat down until the Oasis stuff, then it was crazy.

I've just noticed people are actually sitting down. Fucking hell. Fucking hell. I'm off to see Kelly Jones acoustic in Manchester in July and it's all seated too. I'm really looking forward to it, and given it's acoustic I get that it's a bit different, but dunno, just feels odd.

For the record, not sure how they do it in the UK, but he plays a lot of "seated venue" theaters in the U.S. and we ALWAYS stand for the whole show.

Salsa music? Cringe? He should go back to his normal songwriting? Christ, Noel can’t win at all.
With fans like this, he might as well just chuck his music collection and resort to ripping off boring old white male British dadrock of the 60s and 70s. And while he’s at it, why doesn’t he go down the full gammon route and start demanding a hard Brexit at all his gigs. Might be worth pulling out that Union Jack guitar again.

Really liking this one. I also like Noel's High Flying Birds actually being a thing now instead of a just a name for some touring musicians. I don't know why but I like all the people on stage with Noel. Feels like he's really growing into his 'band leader' persona he's got going on now. Hoping to see a show again soon.
