“Someone doesn’t agree with me? Then they’re a Nazi!” I marinaded a skirt steak in a Cuban-style marinade last night, having it for dinner......I doubt white nationalists eat food like that. Thanks. Get those brownie points with Cubans, they TOTALLY care that you eat their style of food. No big deal....also, the recipe calls for boiling the marinade and using it as a dipping sauce, that's frowned upon because food borne illness can happen doing that, especially with chicken, but, the marinade is boiled so it would be ok....I might just make a mix of the wet ingredients tonight and put it ogre the steak, I'm not sure, I might just not do that step. I just think filling up space with people of a particular race to show diversity is just backwards thinking at this point. I do understand why it’s important but I think it can be implemented better I say we let robots take over politics, they’re slowly taking over everything else, and they couldn’t do any worse. By the way, the steak recipe I provided above was excellent, highly recommend, something I’ll definitely revisit.... God bless. |

That's an admirable thing to say, and I'm totally with you… in theory. In practice, however, it's obvious that there is a lot of progress still to be made in terms of diversity—especially in Washington. That's why it's so important to see women, LGBTQ+, non-Christians, and people of color running for office, and winning. I sincerely hope you agree that these people are qualified to run, and that the Republicans should join the Democrats in seeking out minority voices so that our elected officials look more and more like our nation's demographics. |
