My ranking would be:
Definitely Maybe WTSMG Who Built the Moon? Chasing Yesterday NGHFB SOTSOG/Be Here Now . . . the rest
(I don't really count The Masterplan as an album, but as a release it would be at the top with Definitely Maybe).

Initially, I voted SOTSOG. This is because the albums are very similar in that they are experimental and were a departure from earlier music. But then I remembered that half of SOTSOG is plagued by mediocre songs. WBTM just isn't.
So then I thought Dig Out Your Soul? That also was somewhat of a departure, thought not as much as SOTSOG and definitely had more cohesive songs, but once again, plagued by a lot of mediocre material, mostly on the back half.
It has to be Be Here Now. While not very different from what came before it, the quality of the songs are still there, even if inflated to gargantuan proportions.
I will say that WBTM has the spirit of both SOTSOG and DOYS, but I just can't select them because of the unevenness of both albums. WBTM feels very solid.

All time classics Definitely Maybe Morning Glory Be Here Now
Great albums with standout tracks, only a little behind the first three The Masterplan Chasing Yesterday Who Built The Moon
Good albums with great standouts but too much filler to call them classics Dig Out Your Soul Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Standing On The Shoulder of Giants As You Were
Alright albums with good standouts, but overall lacking BE Don't Believe The Truth Different Gear, Still Speeding Heathen Chemistry

It’s not on the oasis scale.
DM/WTSMG/BHN
DOYS/HC SOTSOG/DBTT
BE/DGSS AYW FTTSOM (prefer this over NGHFB) CY/WBTM

This album is ok, but it's a bit overhyped by the Noel nerds. It's not that great.

its better than heathen chemistry and half of DOYS. No where near as good as the 1st 4 oasis albums, on par with as you were and the 3rd best noel solo behind CY then HFB
