Talking about the Ricky Martin comparisons now.

He really should cut out the constant biting at old fans that are not totally amazed by that album or at least Holy Mountain. Again, he mentions that way too often to be not bothered by it. At least that's my take on it.

He seems as annoyed by the criticism as I am by his creaky leather jacket.

Noel's impression of Charlotte is so funny...
"I will not play no tambourine".

Noel's impression of Charlotte is so funny... "I will not play no tambourine". I thought she was French not Latino... X

Love Beautiful World. Nice mix of menace, sadness, and optimism.

Like the album so far but the ad breaks are incredibly annoying.

this one with Debbie Harry on vocals would be amazing
FK is the only one I truly love from the first half. I feel like I'm listening to a different album as most people here...

Like the album so far but the ad breaks are incredibly annoying. And the totally unnecessary reading of twitter comments. Won't make it to the end, as I have to get up early, I thought they would be faster. Oh well, looking forward to listening to the album in full tomorrow.

Love the disco-rock feel of STMHTF. The little choral sample things are lovely, too.

At least that's my take on it. But what did he say? Maybe I missed something but I only heard that the comparisons with She Bangs make no sense (and I actually agree with that)

"[Russell Pritchard] said: 'Do you know what that sound is? That’s the sound of Liam glassing himself'.
"Then on the night it was on the TV, somebody quipped: It’s almost like she’s snipping away at the last ribbons of Liam’s sanity!"
People around Noel seem to mention Liam a lot, especially if it's true that Gem and Chris also tell 'toe-curling' stories about him...
