I wish I got what people are raving about re BCWYWF. It's a nice groove but doesn't do anything for me.
Good news is Keep On Reaching sounds great, STMHTF too, and B+WS sounds like some cool lost Genesis/Phil Collins track!

An unexpected perk of this album:
Several of these tunes have a lot of unexpected sounds and production touched (that are awesome btw), but that will also mean that if (or when) Noel plays some of these tracks in a more stripped down way, acoustic and piano and nowt else, we will be rediscovering these songs in their bare form, and I have a feeling that'll be pretty special too.

Great production, sure.
But it's the first album penned by Noel that I can't remember a song and no need to listen again :S
I'll give it a few tries because it's Noel, but...

Have to agree that I'm not really motivated to re-listen to it, first time I've ever felt like that for any Gallagher related release. In saying that, I absolutely love 'She Taught Me How to Fly', 'The Man Who Built The Moon' and 'God Help Us All', a few others I'm kinda into, but 5 of the first 6 tracks do absolutely nothing for me. It's the reverse DOYS.

I feel like it's more direct than I expected Yep, now I'm digging more The Man Who Built The Moon... That's the song. But, I don't know how to say, but the new sound is great, really great, but the songs... I hope, the next album Noel gives us better melodies with Holmes again. But hey, it's just an opinion, I'm not the truth-man, it's just my taste.

First impressions
It’s good it’s different from Liam’s album. Be boriing if both were the same style. The man who built the moon - brilliant. Sounds like a James Bond theme
Dead in the water - goosebumps Black and white sunshine - not bad but the intro sounds like I think it’s freaky teeth. Ruins it for me. Sounds near identical
Other tunes sound good. A few growers. Holy mountain is easily the weakest track. Strange choice for the first tune
Been spoilt with Liam’s album and now this. Epic two months it’s been
