It's "the one I love". It makes sense because after that he sings "she's divine". I thought so too at first listen. But then other people kept referring to it as wa la la and I’ll be damned if that didn’t sound exactly like what he was singing, ha! I honestly thought he was saying "what a life!!!!" and I was concerned that the only lyrics he could come up with were old songs...  |

really like it after initially thinking it was pretty poor on first listen wish the lyrics had more variety though Oa - great cover, again! any chance of the chords mate? From the vid, I'm guessing G, Cad9 and Emaj7 (or along those lines), but is there something else played in the bit where he sings 'I don't mind, if you don't mind'? thanks  |

I’m all for the Noel criticisms - mostly because I think he’s turned into a complete dick and disappeared up his celeb-primed arse 🙂 seriously. 20 years ago he put Johnny Depp on the oasis blues song. which, as we know came out a month after noel was yucking it up with Tony Blair, which has been cried about being the end of britpop. who cares. let him brag about hanging out with moz if it keeps him from disappearing completely. |

Woke up singing it today. Always a good sign. Think the album version will be a lot better, live it sounds a bit empty and flat. When AKA WAL was debuted, I felt the same way. By the end of the tour, it was a polished show highlight. Now its the last song of the night. So I think this one will improve too. Rolo your version of the song is really good. I always enjoy the ones you post but this is among your best IMO. |
