they both have done and said awful things since 1994. I've learned to take the good with the bad maybe Noel has changed a bit in the past few years and comes off as pretentious in interviews. but Liam also comes off as a spoiled child on twitter sometimes. I think it's best to just focus on the music

I agree but while some people are upset about it a lot of people are simply making an observation and commenting on it which is up to them and those people are not as you said "liam lovers". It's difficult not to make assumptions these days on this forum, as there does seem to be 2 camps forming. The Liam lovers/Noel haters, and vice versa. I hope I am wrong... It's been like this since Oasis broke up but it's more noticeable right now because both LÃam and Noël are releasing albums around the same time and both are in the news more.... Hopefully things calm down once the albums have been out for a while and nobody's house is blown up, like how my house almost was. God bless.

Can we make a section for people that are bored by Noel or just want to insult him? A lot of threads could be saved.

carlober eva I think you guys just need to ignore threads like this unless they get super toxic - it's the same regurgitation of discussion over Noel's current persona that ends up going nowhere. Expect more of this to happen leading up to LP3's release.

I think the point about Noel taking himself too seriously is the point I was trying to make. Love the music still.

I also think I wasn't clear enough with my last post. The thing I was trying to say is that the question of whether Noel has become a jerk is irrelevant, because that's purely subjective. However, there's one thing that is a fact and that cannot be denied: a significant number of Oasis fans soured towards Noel and his solo material. This is something that may be relevant or irrelevant for you, but it's undeniable that Oasis' twitterverse decided Noel is uncool.

I think I might be a Liamist not sure. I know Noel's album will be superior, but even my favourite songwriter of all time is not exempt from being knocked down a peg or 2. It's nothing personal against him I just enjoy a bit of fuckery,
Liam selling out Finsbury and maybe a stadium Liam album possibly selling more
...will be entertaining as fuck.
I love a Noel interview, it's just they could be must see for different reasons this time.
At the end of the day it's two knobheads who I don't know and will never meet, so why get worked up just sit back and enjoy the music..or the fuckery

Currently at a gig by an Oasis tribute band. Cheesy as fuck but reminds me why I fell in love with this band and why I still have love for both of the stupid twats.

Ever notice how Bob Dylan doesn't laugh as much as he used to?
What a jerk.

Just be careful to not be lured into getting radicalised into a Fundaliamist. Peace. X

Expect more of this to happen leading up to LP3's release. We wish we could just ignore threads like this, but if we do, it gets nothing, but messy and leads to nowhere. I completely agree with eva. Both Noel and Liam have been nothing better or worse than each other since 1994. Their love and hate relationship will continue. If you ask me if they're and have been jerk? Yes, they both are.
