The vibe of this song is what I think Líam should do.....in your face and fun.
Thanks.

Yeezus, what is this?
Did Noel just climb the Holy mountain to meet GOD?

Listened to it again, really like it. Just needs something extra to make it great, like the guitars in FITB (or even someone rapping on it, can't believe I've said that!), or else be a bit shorter. 7/10.

The Columbia bass line should have stayed in throughout for me but other than that no complaints here

I'll agree the doorbell is too loud in the mix, if it was quieter it would work.

I really like it. I love the way the bassline decends half way through it, hypnotic stuff. Only complaint is again what I feared and that's the mastering, it just all sounds a bit muddled.

I'll agree the doorbell is too loud in the mix, if it was quieter it would work. I like it right where it is in the mix It also could be the dynamic compression that raises its signal higher as well. Nevertheless, it doesn't ruin the song, you get lost in the soundscape anyway.

YOU GOTTA GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!!!
Seriously, I'm singing this more than Holy Mountain and there's only like three lines in Fort Knox!

It gets really noticeable in the second half of it. I don't really see what the bell offers myself and I wonder about the thought process behind it. It's so nearly really good, just think it's a bit too cluttered to be above an 8.

i actually think its cool, twitter seems to hate it though When Noel does Massive Attack stuff like this I love it, a majority of conventional fans just want another If I Had A Gun, which is boring to me.

8/10. Great 1-2 punch to start the album. For One So Young should have been track 7 on Standing.

I'm probably the only one, but right now I prefer Holy Mountain.

For One So Young should have been track 7 on Standing. You probably also think If We Shadows should have replaced Stand By Me on Be Here Now.
