Why are the people that don't like the song posting repeatedly. I'd say if you looked at the top 5 posters in this thread you'd find a common theme. Surely if you don't like something you make a comment and move on?

I have listened to it multiple times and in my opinion it's total shit. I loved the 3 preview clips but this song is just awful. The melody is pretty bad and that is what I love about songs, the melody. I think Noel is totally whipped and he is writing dance tunes to please his wife. She did say that this and song #5 were her favorites and Noel said he knew the songs were good because his wife said they were amazing. She never did like Noel's rock songs. I don't mind a dance album from Noel if it has guitars and has good melodies. This song just doesn't do it at all. I don't think I'll ever listen to it again. Liam surely did release the better 1st single. This is like William Hung doing She Bangs by Ricky Martin. The people that like this must be Noel is god people or just lying to themselves. If Noel was an absentee father to his daughter instead of writing "awful" dance songs for his wife, he could've released a single as good as Wall of Glass. POTATO Harsh |

Even Liam said that real Oasis fans don't pick sides. It's such a minority that it's really not worth worrying about. I really don't want oasis back together. By the end of November we'd have had 6 new Gallagher albums since 2008 and a shit tonne of bonus tracks. Best case scenario with Oasis we'd have had 3 albums with a bored Noel and Liam neglecting his voice. The split was the best thing that could have possibly happened for fans. Don't worry about it. Most fans off of this forum like them both equally. |

People need to chill out, a lot of the people with Liam avatars seem to be copying his aggressive streak, just cool down. Most enjoy the new Noel song, if you don’t fine, put on some Beady Eye : ) The exactly same thing could be said about your posts. But I guess my opinion isn't valid because I happen to have Liam avatar! |

Hmm well the masses disagree ... As You Were is sell in ng like crazy and been very well recieved.. I'm hoping the same for Noel's album ..this single sucks but Noel has been known for picking the wrong songs as singles or album tracks so I still think the album could be good overall. As of right now the polls on this forum have As You Were at an average of 7.88/10 and Holy Mountain as 5.77/10 (6.01/10 if you exclude the "0" votes which As You Were didn't have).
