This guy didn't even explained why he hates this song. And he labels someone else's post 'embarassing'. I said that that's not constructive. And I had to point out that I like Liam's album because he would thought that I'm a Liam's hater.

I don't hear Mucky Fingers at all. That song had a real Velvet Underground (specifically I'm Waiting for the Man) feel about it. This doesn't have that.

I think people were expected Noel's next Don't Look Back in Anger in terms of quality and "A Day In the Life on release day" in terms of experimentation and innovation, not to mention and absolute killer song that'd completely put out the cigarette that is As You Were.
We got a fun little upbeat song. I honestly am enjoying it. Usually even when Noel tries to be upbeat it has a quiet vibe about it. This one makes me want to bounce in my seat while I'm driving. I dig this quite a bit, though yes, I hope there are better songs on the album.

This is more like Lord Don't Slow Me Down with another rythm and a flute added Is it me or is the sound quality of it on Spotify not spot on? It sounds like i'm listening it on an old fm radio.

It sounds like i'm listening it on an old fm radio. the production is absolutely perfect, and i think that "old fm radio" is intentional. they went for a very rich and fat sound with no space in the mix. With monitoring headphones (used for mixing in studios), there's 0 space anywhere from the left to the right ear, which is pretty rare.

Jesus. I wonder how nervous Noel must be after seeing this reaction to his premier. You assume he's seen the reaction. He doesn't sit about on Twitter like Liam. He won't see the vast majority of the nonsense getting thrown about. I'd call them opinions, not nonsense.

Anybody heard the latest Inspiral Carpets album? Noel's vocals especially on the first verse reminds me of that singer.

The song is at #12 on Itunes Is that good? That's not good. Mainly, because he's going to drop. Typically, a new Gallagher single would go straight to the top 5. I'd expect a very low charting. Maybe 65 if he's lucky? Edit: he's a 10 now. He needs to get to the top 5 by the end of the day to be doing decently.

Embarrassing post You described this song as 'shite'. Some constructive feedback huh? For the record - I like AYW, not a hater. Constructive feedback? I'm not Noel's mentor. If he wants to put this dross out as his first single that's up to him. My opinion as a fan and consumer is that it's shite.

I don't know, he's got 3 less days than others, so I would've expected it to chart quite low anyway It's actually going up on Itunes tho, it was at like #16 earlier, so I'm not sure about top 5 but he might break the Top 10 I've no idea how Wall Of Glass went for comparison, nor I remember what happened with ITHOTM, that's why I'm asking

People saying this is the worst Gallagher single, you did hear the bag of burnt dog vomit that was Chinatown right? This man knows!

And I would agree, the short week is going to hurt. Also, the fact that streaming is counted, and he won't be able to make it up with physicals.

I just can't understand why when someone does not like something one of the brothers do they have to be automatically branded as Team Liam or Team Noel.
I don't like this and i am in my right, just like everybody has the right of liking it. Has nothing to do with being Team Liam in my case, because i'm not, it's just not the type of change i wanted out of Noel. I've preffered Noel over BDI by a huge margin until now for example.

I wasn't a big fan of In the Heat of the Moment when it came out, and thought, 'lordy the Chief has finally completely lost it..nanana" Turned out, I loved the album. I actually like HM better than that - it's upbeat, happy and has a great flute sample. A nice 50's throwback - early rock is filled with slightly silly and simplistic, but good, singles. I actually like Noel's singing here, but it appears I'm in the minority. Given Holmes' involvement, I am surprised that the mix or production is my least favorite part. Bring back Sardy! hehe just kidding. In the context of the album, this song will likely make more sense. I just hope there aren't too many of these songs type of songs on the album and that the production/mix is better overall. the song has grown on me with each listen

I'm not TeamNoel of Team Liam but I think some people just biased towards the Gallaghers. If you have negative attitude - you won't like anything. Maybe you didn't wanna like it in the first place. I didn't like WoG at first because it was co-written with Kurstin, but it grew on me.

Because I think this song is dogshit, I'm being negative? We really are in an age where everyone needs their hand holding.
