Magic Pie was my High School yearbook quote. Class of 2000 baby! My High School yearbook quote was from Live Forever. Suck on that. Class of 2006 baby! So cliche.

Btw, does anyone know what the hell the magic pie is supposed to represent? I always thought it was a Paul McCartney reference as his album that same year was called Flaming Pie. Flaming Pie was a John Lennon reference and I figured it was Noel making a nod to the Beatles. Sadly, every song on Flaming Pie is better than Magic Pie. That was the first oasis I heard that I didn't like.

There are many things that I would like to say about this song, but I don't know how.
Apart from that it's B I B L I C A L and all the haters should eat a slice of magic pie and take in its cocaine fuelled GLORY

Apart from that it's B I B L I C A L and all the haters should eat a slice of magic pie and take in its cocaine fuelled GLORY It quotes from Tony Blair, it's for me the weakest song on 'Be Here Now' and not a favourite vocal from NG either. So for that reason I'll decline you Taylor Swift-esque* suggestion to "haters" and not partake in it * Note the top 'old git moaning whilst making an irrelevant cultural point' bit?

I dug the acoustic version on I believe Italian Radio back in 1997. Wish that Radio DJ didn’t talk over the intro. Bastard.
