He needs to not do Bold live. He can't hit those notes at all. Enjoyed the new songs generally though.

Fucking hell.
It's something else seeing him walk on to Fuckin' in the Bushes again eh? He's the fucking rock that was in Oasis. Noel wrote the tunes and I love them both but Liam brought the fucking swagger man. Still does. I've missed the buzz I get from seeing Liam Gallagher on stage.

Thanks for posting that man! I dunno if people are realising the significance of Liam Gallagher singing Live Forever a capella. It's Liam Gallagher. Solo. He's a voice. He's not a band, or a songwriter, or song. He's a voice. And that was fucking incredible. So glad to have that voice back in my life. Might sound lame, but I love that guy singing songs. Majestic. very well said bradhorse

Bold sounded great. Could have done with the old boy shouting 'go on gallagher' and playing the spoons too loud though

The drum beat is exactly the same as the Be Here Now mustique demo.

Saw a camera crew near the front. Pretty sure this was professionally recorded.

I agree 100%. I think he completely nailed the song, and that video really goes to show it.

Sounds like 80% of the crowd were just casual and stereotypical Oasis fans. 'DUUUHHH, play Wonderwall!!' Which makes me kinda happy that he didn't play Wonderwall.

the reality is though most of his audience will be casual oasis fans, we cant all be as massive fans as us, so maybe in these early gigs he does need to drop wonderwall and supersonic etc to bring people on board, i dunno, gig seemed great to me though wish i couldve been there, BHN and dyou what i mean sounded top notch

I must say that Wall of glass is one of the most catchy pop-rock songs from Oasis or Liam in ten years.
Even my friends who hate Oasis will like this.
I look forward to hearing For what it's worth.
The other ones sounded OK or good, but not great.

Noel verus Liam
I am a Noel fan. He is the better singer, songwriter, the more interesting to listen to in interviews and is faultless live. DLBIA, GAS PANIC, TDOYAM, Go Let it OUT, Idlers Dream, Champange Supernova, Don't Go Away, BOTMI, all up there as my favourite songs by any artist, and I could add tonnes more to that list, his live version of Champagne Supernova is perfect. He is a music legend. However Liam is exciting, he just had the guts to play a set full of new songs, he gave us DYKWIM and Be Here Now .... we've been screaming out for these for ages!! and to top it all off does a acapella Live Forever, the only downer is I would of like to heard some more of his oasis songs (SB or BOADC) ... I've been glued to Periscope since 9 o'clock .... hes a class act
Noel (the Greatest Songwriter ever) + Liam (the Greatest frontman ever) = OASIS

Bold sounded great. Could have done with the old boy shouting 'go on gallagher' and playing the spoons too loud though I missed the original percussion.

Can't believe the negativity on here about him playing all his new songs. Can't wait to hear them at barrowlands next week.
Disappointed with only 13 songs. Rockin chair and champagne supernova for encore after live forever would've been ideal set

It's sad, Liam just isn't a songwriter. To see him singing the Oasis classics then going into his pretty average new stuff is heartbreaking. He's Oasis through and through.
