Amazing to read about how much effort went into such a throwaway track. That's what recording typically is. It's rarely a guy comes in for two hours and you have a great song. You add, you think, you subtract, and you add again, and even then you don't get a great song. I didn't really think that Noel came in for a couple hours. That's a pretty simplistic way to think of recording to think that, especially when it can usually be far more convoluted, since when you're recording, you don't really know what's a throw away track and what isn't. But you have to treat all the tracks the same, and put in the same amount of effort. As I said before in this thread, there's a difference between process and result. Some people hear the result and believe the process was the same, but that's rarely the case in music. Usually, the process is more work than the result would seem to have. As of the moment, I'm more interested in what song on Noel's album would have had a melodica on it. How do you find the time to write such big posts!? I think you need a new hobbie ;-)

Maybe Gorillaz appear on Noel's new album. Damon is barely on his own album.

"Listen, nobody gives a fuck what Liam thinks about anything." As soon as i read this i was wondering how many weeks of tweeting the answer for this insult will take. My bet is full 3 weekends of drunk tweeting in order : Friday : 6 tweets, Saturday : 9, Sunday : 12 , then through the week :4 days break with 5 AM tweets like RISE RISE RISE LG x and then back to the usual weekend on the sauce type like RKID FAKE POTATO LG etc. Good times ahead ! Plus, i forgot to add, there might me some unexpected week tweets if there's any Man City match scheduled. Fucking hell, i knew i picked a right band to follow.

Seriously.................if it wasn't told to me I'd never have known Noel was on this song. For that I am disappointed. I dream big. I hurt big.

Thanks for reminding us what the song COULD have been. As of right now I don't consider it a proper Noel-Damon collaboration in its album status. I'd love to hear the early demo. Put it out as a b side guys.

Off topic, random question: is Acqua di Parma a popular cologne in Italy? Grazie.
