It's always great to revisit some shoegaze/neo-psych albums that you haven't heard in ages. The Verve's Beautiful Mind is so fucking cavernous and expansive, holy shit. I always thought it had never been played live but I am more than happy to stand corrected: daytripper |

I only yesterday heard, for the first time ever, Slowdive’s “souvlaki” album. I can’t believe I put it off so long. It is just magical. Lovely stuff.
Also listened to a few songs off Chapterhouse’s album (can’t remember the name) and I (not surprisingly) loved it too.

Nick finally released some new material, along with Black Submarine frontwoman Amelia Tucker under a project called Litters and Leaves. Just two tracks so far.
