A real shame that he dropped Do The Damage, I was conpletely blown away by that song. I can't believe he played only 9 CY era tracks of the 15.
Revolution Song The Girl With X-Ray Eyes Leave My Guitar Alone Here's A Candle The Right Stuff While The Song Remains The Same
That fake setlist that leaked before his first concert was pretty cool.

Started off great and I went to some of my favourite NG gigs ever but it turned into a boring money making rehash. I still can't believe he had a 3 month break in the tour and all he added to the setlist was Listen Up. It was kind of nice to hear Record Machine again though. He said in that Q&A that he was trying Let's All Make Believe but couldn't get it right, I thought the same story with While The Song Remains The Same and Revolution Song.

Whatever, Revolution Song is pretty fucking boring anyway and Candle and Guitar aren't really proper songs.

Froth away good Sir, just clean up after yourself The most frustrating thing about this fake setlist is that this shouldn't be beyond the realms of reality. This is the sort of setlist we shoukd be getting, varied but with enough familiar material for the casual fans.

The members of his band must be ready to top themselves if they ever have to play that same setlist again.
An artist with such a huge backlog of songs should never be playing the same setlist twice in a row - let alone play the same thing for more than an entire year on the road. Sheer laziness.
How cool would it be if - over the course of the tour - Noel had played every song he'd ever written and officially released at least once? It was a long tour - he could have just changed one song a night and still done it. He could have taped every gig and produced an amazing box set with a performance of every song.
As it stands now, you've got a copy of one gig from this tour? That'll do - you don't need the rest.

The only thing I've gone back to was the radio 2 gig in December, and the new version of Champagne Supernova.

i attended one gig in march '15, berlin to be more precise. boring as fuck. i've been to many oasis gigs since '96, and never was i thinking "i hope this is over soon". i couldn't wait until the gig was over. i hated what he did to champagne supernova. same goes for don't look back in anger. this is music for housewives.

Pretty much same place of the set every time. Think first 1-2 times fair play if crowd singing it, put some music behind it special moment. Like you say now he actually starts it for people to 1/2 a song

I had a dream once that Noel opened up a set one night with Underneath the Sky.
(if only)

Brixton will be my 13th gig of this tour. The only rarities I've heard were: Shout It Out Loud, Alone On The Rope (Belfast) Do The Damage Freaky Teeth and Record Machine (2016, Scotland)
I just think it's time to dump the same Oasis songs (Talk Tonight, Masterplan, Digsy's Dinner, Fade Away, Half The World Away) that he's been playing for too many years.
Fingers crossed for something out of the ordinary on Tuesday night. Is the next door neighbour going to appear on stage for a song?

I've seen him once as HFB. The drummer was shit, never mind the set list. The butchers outfit was very fitting, especially on Broken Arrow and Little By Little. Don't get me started on the guitarist....

Don't miss it! From the writer of "Live Forever" and "Don't Look Back In Anger"! In the end we'll leave it all behind...

its a shame that in the world of oasis theres songs that will never get played because either Liam cant sing them anymore or Noel has some sort of grudge towards it.
Noels fully capable of dishing out some different tunes like rockin chair but chooses not to yet Liam hinted towards playing the same song during beady eye but probably tried it out and couldnt manage it.
oasis has some great tunes besides the standard hits but you dont hear them.

He fucked up Champagne Supernova at the Electric Picnic last night and while restarting it he said he won't be playing it again for another two years so I guess that gives us a time frame on hearing new music & tour from him.

Do the damage was about 2-3 gigs in? So basically 2 rarities in 18 months. I think It's shit when people are 'thankful' cos he put ballad of the mighty i (arguably best song on album and live) back into the set of the album you're promoting (tho more thankful for that than singing along to 1 min of live forever) Yeah you'd think weller is a given, you'd think 2-3 rarities at least but equally you can think the surprise will be that there's no surprises
