A lot of fluff in that article of information we've seen other places earlier in January. Classic NME re-write job from other peoples work/info. The NME is like that classmate that completely plagiarizes your essay and takes all the honour for it.

In my head I picture the NME offices not filled with musical journalists or writer but with a room full of bloggers who just comb the internet for "news" and then rehash it.

I think that may be reality. Not pure subjective fantasy.

What would be the odds of Noel playing debuting ONE new song to his setlist this summer? Ideally a new album is announced and out by June. Hence the reason for this summer tour. I'm actually surprised he's touring in America a solid year after Chasing Yesterday came out. Noel or Oasis didn't really tour unless hawking a new album in America. I guess they sorta did for the Brotherly Love Tour but that was strange. Crowes playing last on the bill? For fucks sake Noel. Should have alternated nights. That does make sense, June is still 5 months away pretty much. If Noel knows what he's doing it should be a new single in June when announcing the album. A part of me actually thinks an album will be released this year due to the fact that Noel kept saying how much time he had to sit around for the first album and how much he hated it and driving Sara crazy. Although I think the catch will be little to no tour for this next album...

If the geotag on that tweet is right, the place could be Dropout Studios in Camberwell, London: Fuck a duck I live in Peckham at the moment. Need to find out where that place is.

If the geotag on that tweet is right, the place could be Dropout Studios in Camberwell, London: Fuck a duck I live in Peckham at the moment. Need to find out where that place is. I've just found out. It was hard since the address wasn't listed anywhere on the net. And this place is so well hidden that you aren't finding it by chance... it's in a very narrow side road of a side road of another side road in Camberwell. Noel really wants to keep his privacy for recording his new stuff... How did I find out the location? Luckily I found these very accurate directions on a website completely unrelated to the studios: " Camberwell New Road. Look out for the Union Tavern, and opposite it on the other side of the road you’ll find Warham Street. Walk up Wareham Street and a few yards on your right you’ll see a small lane. That’s Madrigal Lane, and Dropout Studio is a little way along Madrigal Lane on the left – look out for the only building with a tall chimney." It's on Google Street View too. Yes it's this place, for real... definitely not your usual posh recording studios

I now expect 5-7 people to be hanging out outside that door on a daily basis.

Footage shot in Peckham this morning, of Noel trying (and failing) to slip out of his studio unnoticed:
