Oasis should have waited and released their first Barrowlands gig from 2001 as their only “official” live album. Great setlist. Tremendous vibes. Awesome crowd.

I love watching the Maine Road shows. For the most part. The cocaine tempo on Wonderwall and CNS is a bit off-putting.

I own all Oasis studio albums on vinyl except Heathen Chemistry. Not sure why. Maybe the ugly murky cover. Maybe because I’d never listen to the second side of the LP.

Unlike Joe Cocker's version of With A Little Help From My Friends, which is brilliant, Oasis songs actually sound worse when performed by "proper singers". Take Leona Lewis' version of SCYHO for example. It's just too much.
Give me Liam screaming at the top of his voice any day of the week. No technique, just power.

Was in a Lyft with a session musician from LA and he told me about the two separate times Liam and Noel went to see Tom Jones and they both were in awe of him.

It's Better People is a bit of an odd one out when it comes to Oasis tunes. A really different strumming pattern. I'm not sure if I like it or not.
