Love the songs. The Coral ARE back! Looking forward to see them again after 5 years. PS: Our dear eva, would you mind to rip those acoustic tracks and interview for us The Coral fans if you got a little time to spare, please? This album can't come soon enough. From the tracks we've gotten so far I'm getting an early Coral days vibe. A good thing. A great thing.

Listening to BBC session eva kindly ripped for us. I especially like "It's You". It's beautiful and it's good old The Coral, Lennon2217. Brilliant band, yet still underrated. Really looking forward to see them again after 5 years. Last time When I saw them, they covered "Tickets To Ride" and The Byrds' "I'll Feel A Whole Lot Better" and they sounded fantastic. Hopefully they'll play one of those live again.

BBC Session on 6Music Steve Lamacq show This is great. The new songs sound huge, and I love that performance of Jacqueline. So pleased they're back.

Any chance someone could record this and upload it? I think the session starts around the 2 hour mark.

Just went to see The Coral, only to be turned away by the bouncer because the gig is next week! Long week...
Anyway, giving the album a good listen on Spotify now. Really like it. Quite bluesy in parts. Almost like the Black Keys but with more instruments.

Really loving the new album. Darker than the last album, but still typical The Coral sound. My favourite songs are Connector, White Bird, Million eyes, Holy Revelation and Fear Machine. What an album. Well done! Can't wait to see them again next month after 5 years. Lennon2217, did you know that James and Ian Skully are Miles Kane's cousin?

Previously on Roots and Echoes and Butterfly House, The Coral got a little soft and whispy They busted out the electric guitars for this baby. Dark and moody. My highlights: Connector Chasing The Tail of A Dream Millions Eyes Miss Fortune Holy Relevation

I didn't know much about them when I saw them for the first time when they supported Oasis on DBTT tour in 2005, but Butterfly House really got me get into them. Really looking forward to see them next month. To me Echo and The Bunnymen are the best band which Liverpool gave the birth since The Beatles, but there's no band, but The Coral which can carry on with the legacy of The La's.

My favorite Coral album remains "The Invisible Invasion". I love the sound of that record. Portishead did a magnificent production job. Next I probably lean towards their debut. That's a very messy psychedelia.
