One time when I was at my friend's table tennis club he let me be the DJ. So we listened to BHN for the entire session.

was at a visiting day at glasgow university last year and some guy giving a presentation was talking about glasgow as a city, its music scene and so on, trying to sell the place ya know. Anyways he gave a list of big singers/bands connected to glasgow in some way or other and asked if anyone knew the connection oasis had with glasgow, and i was the only one in the room who knew they were signed at king tuts. So yeah didnt expect that to come up that day.

We were waiting around for this one teacher to show up to class, and these two guys a grade ahead of me were having an argument about the other's crap taste in music, and the one guy picked up one of the guitars that were sitting around in said classroom and started playing Wonderwall. Which I straight away noticed, and I was like, "Wonderwall/Oasis?" And he laughs and goes, "See, even SHE has better taste in music than you do."

I once played Knebworth in front of 125,000 people for two nights. Bit of a long story though.

Shook Liam's hand. Met and got a picture taken with Gem. (Both Beady Eye moments, though). Not bad innit.

My whole life is pretty much one big seamless Oasis related situation. When you're into this band,it's serious stuff. It's a way of life. Hard to believe that I became an Oasis fan 20 years ago.

How's things geez . Love the Bowie avatar ! I thought you'd like it. Taken from the period when Bowie was at his weirdest (and most fucking awesome), living on a diet of milk, red peppers, and cocaine. Great to see you back on here.

Walked past a guy today, who was wearing a replica of that jacket Noel wore at Knebworth.

Prior to 1994 life was weird and I felt a disturbance in the force brewing
Hard to think that for like 16 years of my life there wasn't oasis and I never expected that

I was walking through oxford circus and looked down berwick street and thought it looked familar but carried on. I later realised it was the morning glory cover street.
Thats about it really

I'm not sure that counts, but when I was newly into Oasis and totally besotted, there was quite a long while when I had to listen to them at least once a day. One day, in the evening, I realised, wow, I have not heard one peep of them today, I can make this! I turned on the TV, went to the music channel to have a nice background noise for reading - and on came "Wonderwall", right from the start. I happily surrendered.

I never expected to like Oasis in the first place. Always thought they were rather annoying, with their annoying behaviour and annoying songs. Had someone told me 10 years ago I'd be into them in a few years, I would have laughed in their face.

Was at a friend's, one of his playlists was playing, mostly mainstream rock, some Beatles, Stones, Floyd...then suddenly All Around the World starts playing. I would expect Wonderwall or DLBIA, but hearing AATW was such a joy.

Tomorrow marks the 4 year anniversary of me telling Noel how I named my son after him, and him dedicating a song to me. I did not expect that :)
