Well, that definitely won't happen. Oasis 2.0 is not the reunion I want to see. I still think it will be either the brothers plus sessions, or possibly Bonehead on some sort of minor cut in deal with who-only-knows on bass guitars and drums. |

Watched the DVD last night and I must say it didn't give me same "Wow" like when I watched it in a cinema before. Ours has 2 sub-titles in Dutch and French and they've done quite well to translate language by Gallaghers. Gonna watch it tomorrow night again, but then I'll put all the lights in my living room out.

If they did that it would totally spoil the bands legacy for me. I know Alan and Guigs will never be interested in getting back with the band and indeed I doubt Noel would want anything to do with either of them, but for me if they get back together it's the original line-up (plus Alan) or nothing! |

As much as i'd love to see them reform minus Bell and Gem i think it's done. I get the impression Noel favours legacy more than wanting it for the fans or to make Liam happy. He's minted, has less in common with his brother these days and in his own words is "a bit of a vagina."
We've seen it with his good pal Weller and The Jam, also the sibling rivalling with The Kinks... two bands who heavily influenced Noel... Besides, Noel's mrs has turned him into a right puff pastry!
I had hoped to take my daughter to see Oasis someday.. in the unlikely event that was to ever happen.. my job is done.

Just watched it. Enjoyed it greatly, although I was a bit disappointed, tbh: 1) Is a reminder that Oasis was not a great live band. Also, I'm against an Oasis reunion but whatever....... Having that been said, if it does happen one day down the long road, it's gotta feature the classic lineup. - Liam - Noel - Bonehead - Guigs - Alan Only then will it be a "true" reunion of sorts. No offense to Andy or Gem but they weren't in the band I worshiped in the 90s. They were good soldiers, soldiers for a different time and place. #LiveForever  Funny thing is Andy and Gem were in Oasis longer than Bonehead and Guigs. |
