There's nothing more exciting than living towards something great. There's the love for something involved in it. Waiting for a new record to be released for instance. Take that away, and what is there left to be excited about?

As someone who also wanted to watch it the first time as a shit cam rip I can just recommend NOT to do it. It will definitely be worth the waiting to watch this in a cinema or at home in a proper quality.

I felt like the space where I sat was shaking when the film started and my thought was "Wow".

Due to high demand in Berlin, Delphi Filmpalast will also show the movie on Oct 27. Also in presence of Liam and Bonehead.
And Mat Whitecross will be today at the Janice Forsyth Show at 2pm UK time

Is this the only time and place the movie will be shown, including the screenings in Munich and Hamburg? I'm not living anywhere near these citys. Bummer!

This jog on comment, whats that all about? Acting like they own Oasis or Manage Noel and Liam... I'm still gonna go see it at the cinema. Idiots As some of you who have been on this forum since the beginning might know, this forum frequently gets visited by Proboards moderators, Oasis management, The band's label and recording studios as well as the musicians themselves. I have to comply with many requests that are directly messaged or emailed to me in the background. That's what kept the largest and most frequented independent Oasis forum to stay online for all these years. Members should think of that before accusing the mods of policing too much. thnx webby

This article/blog thing that Mat Whitecross retweeted a link to is a good read: freaksceneblog.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/oasis-supersonic-the-90s-and-some-much-needed-perspective/Granted, some of the stuff about the internet, and "the world we live in these days", might sound a bit "Get off my lawn!", but I can also see where he's coming from. I can't even really relate to what an adult life without social media and all its trappings was like, but I can still see some sense in what he says. The internet doesn't half get me down sometimes... Mind you, that doesn't stop me me scouring it, every single day of my life. Ehh, what can you do? It's just nice to read something that draws attention to music snobs and revisionists, and in particular, the unfair treatment given to oasis and the time in music where they reigned supreme, these days, that HASN'T been written by one of us on here. The internet can never have enough articles/posts/whatever written on it, that allude to Pitchfork being a hub for the musically unconscious and easily led.

I'm well aware of the rules.. I asked for a link tongue and cheek.. implying that a didn't want to wait due to excitement even tho I'm going to the cinema Oct 27th My argument was solely based on a few members acting like saints as if they've never ripped something or listened to something pre-release. Anyhow rant over... apologies As you were.

And...that was the second time I was the only person in the cinema who gave the well-deserved hand clap after the credits ended...

A good read that, especially on the revisionism we keep seeing. Although I disagree that it was the Radio 1 interview that precipitated the fall from grace. When you keep telling people you're the greatest band in the world you know you're going to cop it when your standards slip. Be Here Now wasn't as bad people like to claim it was but it was definitely a drop in standard after DM and WTSMG. People were queueing up to put the boot in.

I love this, thank you! But on the other hand, I'm not sure I can make it on that date.

I told you, you better get on a train or car for Arnhem. You'll be there within an hour and the cinema is next to the station. They're screening it this Sunday at 3 PM, so you can easily catch the train back to Dortmond. 15 cinema's screening it coming Sunday and I'm going to watch it for the second time. www.pathe.nl/film/22271/oasis-supersonicI'm buying a DVD, but watching it on a big screen with incredible sound in cinema is something you can't miss.
