By the way, Oasis management isn't doing any promotion for this (besides the social media posts, which are free and don't cost anyone anything) because they're not making any money off this. They only get involved with stuff released by the record label. Understandable of course, although I presume like the brothers Gallagher and the respective recording and music publishing rights holders they will be banking on a rise however minor in airplay, performance royalties and sales in the wake of renewed interest.

Am I right in assuming that there is new interview footage with Tony McCarroll? Just looking on the IMDb cast list and Alan White isn't mentioned but Tony is, and unlike Guigsy he doesn't have "(archive footage") after his name.
Obviously IMDb isn't always reliable though.

It does look like everyone bar Guigsy and Alan White have been interviewed for it, no surprise given the former's aversion to the camera and the latter's acrimonious departure from Oasis with no interviews granted since as far as I recall. I would be surprised if with Tim Abbot's footage, etc. that Alan White isn't on film somewhere, although not interviewed.

He did know how to find this Oasis forum when he needed donations for a marathon he was running though. Pff.

www.nme.com/blogs/nme-blogs/what-we-learnt-from-an-early-preview-of-oasis-supersonic-documentaryWhen filmmakers first approached Liam about making the documentary, he was skeptical that there'd be any footage from the time. "No one has ever put a camera on me," he apparently told them, but it turns out the band were just so wasted they didn't realise they were being filmed. "At the time they were so high they didn't realise anyone was filming them and people weren't allowed to shoot them," explained Whitecross. "Back then cameras were bigger. There wasn't like filming you can get on your phone which people do all the time now. So they assumed no one had any footage but it turned out that Tim Abbot at Creation Records had been filming them. So there was all this footage that even they had never seen. It turned there was actually a lot more than expected."

Should there not be a website where you enter your postcode and be able to find out where your closest cinema showing the film is located?
3 bloody weeks and I still dont know where I'm going to watch it.

The AMC in Manchester has it as well. But yeah, Picturehouse might be the only chain that has it. Fuck sake, why won't they just tell us already?
