Sad thing, that's probably a better album cover than his other two...

Really don't understand this logic, if it even is logic. Didn't realise saying 'can you sing?' was the crime of the century. In fact, it's probably the worst thing to have ever happened in history... If he releases a good album that's all we care about. Do I expect a better album than Liam's? Of course, he was the principal songwriter of Oasis for fuck sake. As ever, it's about judging the music and the music alone, not petty squabbles and childish tribalism like your post. It's not the worst crime of the century, it's just annoying and makes me tense up and cringe each time he does it and I don't fancy paying £50 to feel awkward at a gig and like I'm watching somebody who's trying too hard. I'm sure the album will be good and I'll happily enjoy it. And I'm allowed an opinion just as you are - even if you think it's childish. I have to agree with you to an extent. I saw Noel when he first came back and the guys next to me were singing Life In Vain. When I saw him last year everyone around me looked like the Ed Sheeran types, I think he appeals to a completely different person these days and for me that ruins the live experience.

Does anyone else feel like the new album art has to be red? From what we've heard I just get that vibe. It's gotta be red/black/white, similar colours to the Riverman artwork. Real spacey. Maybe I'm an idiot.

Last year was in Portsmouth and the one before that was in Bournemouth, both were full of completely boring people. Saw Oasis at Bournemouth and and I remember NG calling us crazy in his tour blog so I don't think it's the venue.

It was my first gig, front row too. I think the 5th or 6th song was MG and the piss started to fly, those were the days! Didn't care back then how Liam sounded I just knew I was in the prescience of absolute royalty.

I remember. I thought it was pints of magners. That's what they were selling in the foyer.

I was in Bournemouth to see Noel! 😀 I had great fun at that gig, my first UK Gallagher gig. And I'm not boring. 😛

The first time I went to see Noel I was at the front and there were a bunch of drunk idiots and Liam look alikes pushing people. My mom had to be carried away. She couldn't bear it. Already had a lot of physical problems. It was quite heavy. I mean, I've been at a lot of concerts, and also at a lot of metal gigs in my local bar, and seen Metallica at a big festival, but damn, this was pretty rough. Another girl had a teeth smashed out and a bloody nose and all and my mom said there were more. Did not expect that to happen at a Noel gig. I mean, his music isn't exactly heavy. That's not my idea of fun and those people completely fuck it up for others.
The second time I saw Noel I was at the seated area, but from what I could see. it also looked much calmer.

Still not as bad as seeing stone roses at Finsbury and the lady next to me saying 'oh my god what is he, like 80' wasn't too impressed with the baggy dancing..

I assume that's pure nonsense! Liam would be delighted, though. www.list.co.uk/article/95484-noel-gallagher-looks-back-in-anger-at-liam-on-lp/Maybe this has some truth in it? "The first single from Noel's as-yet-untitled LP - the follow-up to 2015's 'Chasing Yesterday' - is called 'It's A Beautiful World' and is due to be released imminently. His album follows in November." Anyway, tabloid alarm!

So they know the tracklist and the first single but not the title of the album? Obviously they've just found the same information as us and made up some nonsense based on the titles.

Gotta give it to Noel. He's been quiet as a mouse about album #3. We know its done. We know the first single name. We know a video was made. He's done interviews and popped up here and there but still nothing. For Noel I'm impressed.
