I say that about 90% of your threads. I'd say it's more than warranted seeing as Noel has hinted it's not too too far off. It's a good home for any speculation on who's producing it, how it will sound, whether it will be a 'typical NGHFB LP', to discuss any of the potential songs we know about, any news updates, so on and so on. |

We wont get anything until 2018 I would love it if Noel brought out a new record next year, or even 2017, but I'm a realist and I just can't see it happening. However, my expectation is 2018, anything before that is a bonus. |

I hope Come On Outside, Don't Stop the Happening, Just Let it Come Down Over Me etc..aren't on the record, great as they are. I want a genuinely experimental album next, it just feels like the natural next step. Staying in the same place would feel like a step backwards. In recent interviews such as the Radio 2 fan questions with Jo Wiley he claims he's writing the new album in the studio, which means it should be entirely new songs. Unless he's lying of course :-) |

He's been doin' demos with David Holmes. Not too much of a surprise seen as he was one of the producers he went to with the last album.

Ok so shortly after releasing Chasing Yesterday. NOEL said he was halfway through his 3rd Album. He also said he'd hoped to have it finished by the end of 2015 Noel doesn't half talk some shit. I do not consider a half finished album in Feb 2015 to mean 6 songs *possibly* being finished recorded in Jan 2016... |

I hope spring 2017. I think late 2017 may be more likely. Worst case scenario being 2018. He'll be 51 by then. |
