Sounds like Come Together with a little bit of The Doors. Absolutely fantastic. That soupy guitar reminded me of the Radiohead song "A Punchup at a Wedding". |

Sounds fantastic. Love that type of groove-based music, reminds me of A Punchup at a Wedding, Get Right (Arcade Fire), and - yes - Come Together. Can't wait.

Managed to find it. Christ, French is like Chinese to me. 4 years of French through the toilet lol. Sure sounds...interesting. Wonder if he can pull it off, as he has quite a light voice, if you know what I mean. I have no idea if they played anymore Noel stuff. I bailed after 10 minutes. No clue what is being said. Couldn't fast forward. |

Holy mountain was shocker for me and got me worried. After that all clips and stuff have been very nice and interesting. Atm on so hyped for this album an i have a good feeling it might be one that we can enjoy listening for some time (i hope so).

I cant wait for this record. Like one of the posters above, I wasnt overly enamoured with IABW when I heard it on Jools, but it sounds great on record IMO. And I liked HM from first listen. So far we've got HM, FK, STMHTF, IABW, and now a bit of BCWYWF, thats a fair chunk of the whole thing, and there's nothing in there that I dont like. Going to take him a bit of time to really get them to work live tho.
But overall, In Noel I Trust

Man that clip from Dead In The Water its stuck on my head since i've first listened. What a beautiful melody and lyrics. Also loving TMWBTM and BCWYWF. Its curious how I got hyped from radio clips and not from the management behind the album promo. Sad actually.
