After Its a Beautiful World, I am even more psyched for album #3...I like the songs so far, my only complaint being about excessive use of Alarm Clock. Hopefully there is not too much more of thst sort of thing. I am surprised by the negativity I read in these threads. Don’t try to explain it more to me as reactions to music are purely subjective, naturally. I’m just enjoying the new tunes and looking forward to the whole thing...

What?! You Know We Can't Go Back is stunning and one the best things Noel's ever written. I think it’s the worst track on CY. It's fairly avarage. Noel can write these types of songs in his sleep, that's why this new sound on the new album was needed. |

Well, basically it's 21st century's I hope, I think, I know It's a 50 year old man's version of a 25 year old man's song. It really lacks the vigour and euphoria of I Hope I Think I Know. That's why there's no point in retreading all this old stuff - they are tired retreads and that's why it's a great thing to see him trying something new for himself. |

Managed to find it. Christ, French is like Chinese to me. 4 years of French through the toilet lol. Sure sounds...interesting. Wonder if he can pull it off, as he has quite a light voice, if you know what I mean. |
