Rod Stewart- Copacabana Beach NYE 1994* * In fairness it was free and timed with the famous fireworks but it still got him in the Guiness Book of Records for an attendance of 4,200,000 people- Actually Donald and Barack played free gigs too so that makes Oasis at Knebworth's achievement even more impressive at £22.50 a go! - Guinness World Records
That's the attendance figure for the next Scottish Cup draw featuring Auld Rod.

We have our own Donald Trump in Canada - actually a pair of them, both fighting to lead the conservative party. They might be as much of a 'big personality' as Trump but they both are imitating his style and demonstrate the same sociopathic slant.
I am particularly worried for climate change actions and environmental protection under Trump...these people have no understanding of how the carbon cycle works and they are governing the most powerful country in the world. This is already a disaster.

Now an investigation into voter fraud. This week has been even more crazy than anyone could've imagined. I honestly believe he's not mentally well.

Shall we round up the first few days of the Trump administration? - Whitehouse Press Secretary Sean Spicer uses his first press conference to chastise the media and claim, falsely, that the inauguration was witnessed by the largest audience, "period, both in person and around the globe";
- Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway appears on national television to defend his lies, branding them "alternative facts";
- Trump gives a speech in front of the CIA's Memorial Wall, in which he lies about Inauguration Day weather and complains about the media, egged on by a team of professional cheerleaders;
- Trump signs an executive order reinstating the "global gag rule", potentially denying billions in vital health aid to people in developing countries;
- Trump claims again, falsely, that his defeat in the popular vote was a result of 3-5 million votes cast by undocumented immigrants (as confirmed by Sean Spicer in his second press conference);
- The administration orders a media blackout at the USDA and the EPA;
- Trump signs executive orders reviving the KeystoneXL and Dakota Access pipelines;
- Trump uses Twitter to threaten Chicago with "the Feds" (i.e. martial law).
And that's to say nothing of executive orders concerning national security which he is expected to sign today. Now, what do you suppose will come of the administration's investigation into voter fraud?

Nothing will come of it. ----- However, he is going to be in office for over 1,400 days, so maybe we should all chill out a bit eh? For comparison, albeit a weak one, Oasis first number of months were... erm... mostly a disaster with arrests on a ferry, terrible live shows, Noel taking off on a lost weekend, and so on. It all sorted itself in the end and everyone is fine. Carry on.

The voter fraud issue is pointless political posturing. Nothing will come of it. They'll find a few random cases of voter fraud and then some recently dead people still on the voter roll, and then use that as an excuse to increase voter ID rules making it even harder for people to vote… mainly minorities who tend to vote Democratic. But at the end of the day, there's a very simple solution to this. If the President believes that the election produced a fake result, then a new election must be held.

It costs millions of dollars to hold a national election on the scale of the presidential election. Logistically it makes ZERO sense to have another election. Additionally, the "popular" vote means nothing in the system as it is currently set up.

The sky isn't falling but there's a lunatic,thin skinned, incredibly ignorant narcissist in charge of the US and in charge of the largest nuclear arsenal in the world. A guy who can't cope and lashes out when faced with even poor TV ratings or any sort of criticism.
