And I wish some folk would stop with this delusion that both candidates are as low life and putrid as the other. For sure, this is the worst US Presidential election of all time in terms of quality, but people need to get a grip if they think Clinton is on the same level as Trump. Clinton is immensely flawed, but Trump is a catastrophe as a politician and a human being. I find it immensely disturbing that some would put her faults on the same level as Trump. There's absolutely no comparison at all between the two. But you agree that both would be a catastrophe being the president of one of the biggest countries in this world? And no I don´t put Clinton on the same level as Trump. I would even put her lower than him. Trump might make some not so wise decisions but Clinton brings us WW3 in my opinion. So the fact that Trump is a con man who hasn’t released his tax returns, who brags about assaulting women, who has invited Vladimir Putin (hardly innocent of claims to warmongering himself...) to infiltrate the presidential election, meanwhile suggesting the election is rigged, and who uses social media to promote white supremacists and neo-Nazis is nothing compared to Clinton. That doesn't even scratch the surface of Trump. Nice to see you trivialising all this. But, hey, Clinton is worse than that. Go ahead, I would love to hear your reasons for suggesting so.......

I´m not trivialising anything. I never said Trump is anywhere near of a person who should have this power. I´ll give you my opinion to all this tomorrow if you´re interested, not having time right now. But honestly none of them should ever be in a place like that because they will ruin a lot in this world.

I can't imagine a most disastrous trainwreck than Trump as president. And believe me... we've had the worst of the worst for over 50 years

There's absolutely no comparison at all between the two. Never thought they were on the same level but even people such as Tony Blair who I despise have on occasion made himself look quite human and compassionate. I am not a fan of either for the many reasons I have stated, but for what it's worth matt as spaneli has already pointed out it isn't as close as it looks because Donald Trump has a seemingly impossible route to the White House via Pennsylvania, which if things don't go his way there or in other states means that Hilary Clinton will be taking office regardless of other results.

And believe me... we've had the worst of the worst for over 50 years He'd be a train wreck for the USA and continental America, I also think she would be similar but in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I honestly feel this is something akin to a nadir in democracy where Mammon (Trump) and nepotism for want of a better description (Clinton) are the two candidates representing democracy in the USA....

If you think that Clinton's mishandling of her emails is enough to keep her from being qualified for president, you must think that Trump's countless scandals should instantly disqualify him. Otherwise, you're applying a double standard.

I can't see anything being done about the possibility of another financial crisis caused by CEO's who will profit immensely from it. If little was done about it during Obama's terms (he even campaigned on punishing Wall Street ffs!) I can't imagine it changing any time soon.

If little was done about it during Obama's terms (he even campaigned on punishing Wall Street ffs!) I can't imagine it changing any time soon. The Wall Street tie is a key one for me, especially one George Soros. I always question any political motive with his involvement given his track record over the 86 years he has been alive and the fact that he does not do anything IMO that is not primarily or solely for his benefit. His involvement in black lives matter has seen a few theories emerge, although I do not question it's grass root supporters motives I do question him as I consider him a very dangerous individual who knows the value of true power over 'celebrity' fame and fleeting power. Barack Obama if I am trying to be fair probably did have the desire to take Wall Street and others in those sectors, but I think the reality as he has probably discovered is that most ordinary people outside these circles do not realise the incredible power that comes with controlling debts, finance houses and long entrenched financial and political systems. The people who benefit from this often come from long established families and networks who aren't simply going to let a four or eight year politician destroy their world, even if it benefits several billion other people. Donald Trump as I have mentioned previously is either a joke/PR exercise/H Ross Perot tribute act gone badly awry, or he is a dream opponent on paper at least for Hillary Clinton because no matter what she does or says she would have to go to extraordinary lengths to make him look like a rational alternative. I also think he is dreaming if elected in his comments re: Wall Street and financial reform given that no other President has made in roads from Kennedy and prior leaders, and whilst I am not privy to his corporate or personal accounts I would assume given his track record he has previously owed to and may well need to borrow again in the future from those very same institutes.

How about a black lesbian for President and do the trilogy in one move? Thanks. EDIT- I would like to have nominated the late, great Moms Mabley for fulfilling the criteria and this lovely little interview excerpt from 1975.

How about this then, btw I have no idea if its constitutionally viable.
Trump wins, his presidency is a total disaster and collapses within 6 months leading to a new election with a new democrat challenger.
I think I would take that.

I think a lot of damage could still be caused in six months, and it may lead to other ramifications depending on what was done to lead to the impeachment. As a best case scenario however it may wake people up to understanding politics better rather than just looking at slogans printed on newspapers or published on websites, instead looking at what a candidate's policies may mean to themselves and the wider public as a whole.

And what does that article really say about trump? Just cos some idiots are supporting him, he's not condoning the KKK himself. however, there's video footage of Hillary calling Robert Byrd, who promoted the KKKs sick message of hatred and who himself said he'd "never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side", as a friend and mentor. Link is anonews.co/hillary-clinton-kkk/ if you want to see for yourself Again, another pathetic case of spinning to reel in the uninformed fools. All the evidence is out on the web - the mainstream media even, but that's why Trump supporters hate it, because it reveals a bit more context than the usual dunderheaded twat websites like Breitbart. Robert Byrd WAS indeed a member of KKK - but quit.... in 1952. After which he vehemently regretted his stance and there after became a civil rights stalwart from then on. And this is the context by which Clinton praised him when he died. Even the NAACP mourned his passing with this statement. "The NAACP is saddened by the passing of United States Senator Robert Byrd. Byrd, the longest serving member of congress was first elected to the U.S. House from [West Virginia] in 1952 and was elected Senator in 1958. Byrd passed away this morning at the age of 92.
"Senator Byrd reflects the transformative power of this nation," stated NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous. "Senator Byrd went from being an active member of the KKK to a being a stalwart supporter of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act and many other pieces of seminal legislation that advanced the civil rights and liberties of our country.
"Senator Byrd came to consistently support the NAACP civil rights agenda, doing well on the NAACP Annual Civil Rights Report Card. He stood with us on many issues of crucial importance to our members from the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act, the historic health care legislation of 2010 and his support for the Hate Crimes Prevention legislation," stated Hilary O. Shelton, Director of the NAACP Washington Bureau and Senior Vice President for Advocacy and Policy. "Senator Byrd was a master of the Senate Rules, and helped strategize passage of legislation that helped millions of Americans. He will be sorely missed."This is in stark comparison to Donald Trump's refusal to condemn David Duke. Okay, Duke is no longer a member of the KKK, but he's still an avid Holocaust denier and member of another white supremacist group, the NAAWP. And if a political candidate I liked in the UK was endorsed by a bunch of neo-Nazis, then I'd really have to question why.
