Why are we still debating this? Trump has almost ZERO chance of winning. We get it. What I find more interesting is all the people who are only voting Hillary because she isn't Trump. Not because they actually care for her or her politics. If it was literally anyone else, then her numbers would be terrible as well. I wouldn't say that Trump has a zero percent chance of winning. This is BY FAR the least predictable election in recent memory. Truman came back against Dewey, the largest political upset in history, because pollster stopped polling, Dewey didn't get great turnout because everyone thought he'd win (voter complacency), and many Dewey voters voted for Truman because they thought Dewey would win. Which consequently enough, are the exact reasons that Bernie Sanders upset Clinton in Michigan. I believe that it would be a grave mistake to believe this is over. Lastly, polls are typically a week behind current events. It's still not evident whether the second debate helped Trump or the tape scandal has waned. There's really only polling data out there from just after the tape. I don't believe he will win, but he doesn't have a zero percentage chance of winning (remember he was supposed to have a zero percent chance of winning the Republican primary, but here we are),. He is far from a zero percent chance. Lastly, her number are pretty poor (another reason why this isn't over). However, I wouldn't say if it were anyone else. George H.W. Bush and Nixon were both HIGHLY disliked. Plus, we live a highly partisan era where even the worst candidate receives about 45% of the vote (another reason why this election is not over). There were 17 Republican who ran, and I believe she would have beaten every single one of them except Rubio (though Rubio is struggling to win his home state of Florida for re-election, so that MIGHT not be the best prediction). I mean, do you really see a Herman Cain beating Hillary? Probably not. A Paul Ryan, though he didn't run, would have had a very good chance. However, the Republican party is currently going through a splintering from the fiscal conservatives (Ryan) to the Religious conservatives (Ted Cruz) to the cultural conservatives (Trump). Beating Hillary would require someone coming along who could unite all three, which currently, none of the above stated names could do. So it's difficult to say the candidates exist in a vacuum. Put in the same inter-party splintering, it would be difficult for any Republican to win. I think this race could be significantly closer with a Rubio or Ryan. Then again, I don't think either of them would have resorted to the tactics that Trump has gone to in order try to beat Clinton. Bill Clinton probably would not have come up that much, we'd have more chatter on the issues (which would be a Hillary strong point) and the election would rest more in partisan camps with Independents splitting fairly evenly. It would most likely come down to who was better organized.

You might need to explain this using sock puppets for the Trump apologists on here.

While Russia annihilates and slaughters the people of Aleppo (and Stop The War grade-A c*nts in the UK refuse to condemn them), Trump has the support of Putin who is hacking the campaign.
And to think some fools believe Trump to be in the interests of America.....

I want to vote party line, but I don't want to vote for Trump. #2016electionproblems Then don't vote party line. Does the Republican party even look like what it did in 2006? Nobody could fault you for voting a third-party candidate in this election, of all elections.

As we head into the last debate (tonight), it's obvious now that Clinton will be elected President. No chance at all for Trump. Trump really fucked it up. It should have been a Republican year. And he was competitive through September. Now it's a case of 'How Much' for Clinton as she looks to beat Trump pretty fucking badly. Beady’s Here Now concedes: Clinton to win presidency.

Republicans fucked-up. They picked the one person Clinton couldn't beat as their nominee. Dems could have nominated a rock and won this election against Trump. Republicans knew he was a loose canon. They knew he wasn't a real Republican (I mean c'mon. The man has almost nothing to do with any Republican tenant or policy). The canon let loose. The Republicans have no one to blame, but themselves. Back-to-back winnable elections. Back-to-back loses. Republicans seriously have to look in the mirror. Their party is splintered with an identity crisis.

"Nobody has more respect for women than me."
And some minutes later....
"She's a nasty woman!!"
Anyway, hope November 8 some soon so this election can be over. But of course, it won't be over because they've rigged the election. Duh!

In a bit of irony... this is exactly why we have the electoral college BS (representative government in general really) in the first place. The whole idea being that a select few could act in the interest of the whole, but in primaries we allow anyone to vote and thus you end up with a Trump. Ha. At this point I'm not sure it much matters who wins, because the damage has already been done. Neither candidate is going to be able to unite anyone and so nothing will get done. It's simply a mess.

George W. Bush? It can't get any worse. Barack Obama? It can't get any worse. Donald Trump/Hillary Clinton? It can't get any worse.
Oh dear, it keeps getting worse!

If you think Obama's presidency has been worse than Bush's then I have a bridge to sell you. Bush will forever be ranked as one of the 8 or so worst Presidents in American history. That's not an overstatement. Obama will most likely be ranked in upper half, somewhere around 15 or so. There are multiple reasons for this. The Bush presidency was one of the worst, and there's no way for him or you to spin that. Hell, I'd make the point that Nixon was better than Bush. At least Nixon had China and a foreign policy vision. What was the strong point of Bush's presidency? What did he excel in? What segment of America became better with him in office. None. I think Obama has done a tad bit better than nothing. And it shows in polls. Bush left with a approval rating in the high 20's. Obama will leave above 50%, and will probably have a standing very similar to Reagan.

Stop the War helped organise the worlds biggest antiwar protest, if that is what a grade-A c*nt is then you have set a low bar.

Yeah in case you didn't know, you can actually be anti-war yet be against Stop The War too. It's not mutually exclusive. I consider it a pretty easy bar to jump considering they actively encouraged Islamic extremism against British and American troops, not to mention a history of anti-semitic abuse (and writing quickly deleted articles ironically encouraging a war with Israel). You might want to read up on all this. So, nah, sorry I won't appease such sanctimonious yet morally corrupt tossers. Me at my lowest is still a higher standard than them.

Need a Republican in the White House, and for that I'm voting Trump.
“It’s not even about supporting Trump. It’s about taking the most principled moral position you can for your family and your country, under very difficult circumstances. And that’s what you do in life most of the time.”
~Mark Levin
