Its not bad to rich, its just impractical for everyone else. They shouldn't give it away they just shouldn't have it in the first place. Please elaborate. The CEO and founder of Amazon is currently worth somthing approaching 100 billion. No one, no matter there job should earn that sort of money. While nurses, social workers in my own country use food banks to get by. That's an extreme example of course but it shows the inbalance in our society.

That Democrat party is a joke. It goes from the left (which is the big minority) to plain and simple right (which represents the biggest part of the party). Hell, I remember that during the US elections, the big majority of the french right wing gave their support to Clinton, saying that "US democrat party has a lot in common with the french right wing". That says it all... Hope Sanders tries again in 2020, if not, let's hope it will be someone of the same type. That’s what I thought too before (I’m initially from France) but realized that things are different, especially since Obama’s first campaign in 2008. A lot of his propositions were very reminiscent of socialist president Francois Mitterrand in the 80’s and ended up killing the French economy. To this day France suffers from these socialists visions and can never get to the level of the UK and Germany economically speaking. One of the reasons I was never an Obama supporter. I'm 4th generation louisianans. My family on both sides, going back many, many generations were hardcore democrats...i was until Obama's 2nd term. My family are sugar cane farmer's and small business owners, after watching most of them loose their farmers and small businesses... we all became Republicans. I don't regret voting for Trump and I'll do it again. When you've watched hard working people loose everything to regulations and government over reach as a result of the Democrat leadership .. you understand the destruction that a socialist society can do. So, hell no to Bernie and Oprah. And before you throw the racist accusations.... none of my family were slave owners.. They were actually considered slaves because they were so freaking poor.

My mom's has a master's in education and taught for 30 years but has pennies for retirement so yes..i get what your saying but socialism isn't the answer.

You no doubt support female equality but you'll endorse someone who doesn't. What has Trump done that is so good?

I'm not necesarily suggesting socialism, I couldn't fully explain what it means as a system of government. Make things fairer that's all I propose. The richest always give you a million reasons why things are the way and why they should stay that way but I don't believe it and I'm tired of them.

It's impossible to compete with China and Mexican imports or overreaching environmental regulations that are placed on small farmers yet large chemical plants down the street are Getting paid to do business. (who are getting paid tons of money to do business in the states are able to afford those regulations even though they have more environmental impact) I'm not an expert on the regulations and overreach... I just know that my family and many others weren't having to loose everything pre-clinton, Bush, and Obama. They were all complacent... Obama was just the nail in their coffin.

I agree, that is part of my problem. Big business is always cut the slack that should be afforded to small business. Its all back to front. I personally think enviromental regulations are a good thing but that they should apply to all and provisions should be made for small business to help them make the change.

How much of billion fortune does he give away? I don't know I'm just wondering? I'd any one who had a billion in the bank could be considered to hoarding it, especially when part of it comes from avoiding tax. Do you think its ok that a corporation avoids tax that might otherwise be used by a state to assist its people?

What's this about the Democrats being "too extreme" in their views? I was under the impression America had two main political parties, a conservative one and a very conservative one. You're absolutely correct. Democrats haven't been leftist since the 60's. The last time we had a truly liberal president was when we had Lyndon B. Johnson, and even he sent thousands of American soldiers to die pointlessly in Vietnam. And he shouted at his aides while sitting on the toilet. People who think that the Democrats are left-wing don't realize how far to the right their own views have drifted.

Breakfast: Starbucks 'Casi Cielo' single-origin blend coffee, french pressed; V8; OJ; salted caramel and samoa style donuts. Linch: acai peanut butter protein shake. Dinner: spaghetti with tomato and mushroom sauce; garden salad with garlic vinaigrette. God bless.

I don’t even know which post this in reply for but for example Obama care has been a real problem for small businesses. Just an example of business owners all being rolled into the rich abusive corporation category.
Rich corporations and business owners are the reason thousands can provide for their families. Now some of them are not ethical, I will agree with that. But look at Bill Gates. The guy is insanely rich but in return he provides lots of jobs and many of them high paid. He also gives back immensely. This is better than a government bleeding the middle class to pay for public assistance isn’t it? Now before you jump at my throat I am an advocate for programs to help people in need. Not everyone is lucky to be healthy or in a situation where they can work and be active members of society. As much as many people like to criticize a capitalistic society, it is still so far the best societal system that exists. Is it perfect? No. This is why it can be tweaked as why we elect representatives to provide a frame to this society.

If Bernie runs again, he will win. If he doesn't, it's probably going to be Warren. Establishment candidates will have no chance. As for the Oprah thing, I think it's an absolute farce. What are her policies? Doesn't really matter, because at least she's better than Trump. Our celebrity is better than their celebrity. Please kill me. are you sure? he'll be pushing 80 by the time he takes office. agreed with you on oprah, however i would be interested to hear her policies and what she intends to do. if nothing else she would bring some dignity, respect and decency back to the oval office. He's the most popular politician in the US, I guess that must count for something. Of course the age thing could be a concern, but Warren and Biden are in their 70's as well so... Sure, she seems like a decent person and could possibly be for good policies and etc, but this celebrity thing should be put to bed as soon as possible.
