We cant be a million miles away from an announcement for the next single now surely? A month or so maybe? I'm beginning to get impatient. My money is on The Dying of the Light. There's a promo CD with a radio edit, which has been getting played on French and Italian stations for the last couple of weeks. I have just discovered there was a Jaapanese tour edition that contained Shoot a Hole Into The Sun as well as all the NGHFB B-sides.. We travel back to July 2011 for In The Bubble With A Bullet then I think. |

I don't see why he can't release 5 or even 6 singles. I think Lock All the Doors is more popular than You Know We Can't go Back but maybe it'll be a double a-side.
This is for the summer.
Remember that he'll probably keep touring in 2016 with other UK dates so he needs to keep releasing singles. I think Lock All the Doors, You Know We Can't Go Back and The Dying of the Light are all worth it, they can release them.

Gone is the excitement of an album cycle where you get one or two brand new songs every 3 or 4 months that makes you go back to the album each time a new single is released  |

More likely it and the other remixes will be collated on the EP Noel mentioned before the album was released. A timeline similar to this wouldn't surprise me. The whole lack of winter tour is puzzling to me, realistically he could do a winter jan/feb 'arena leg 2' leading up to the brits, or hold off till spring/summer for some big out door gigs of his own but he'd need to keep popping out material for nearing 12 months for that to work? |
