So we went to the gig, and it was definitely one of the best gigs ever. Music wise.
The experience was horrible. I was second row, and my mom was standing next to me. At first people wanted to push to get to the front, which was annoying, but that happens everywhere. Then the beer throwing began, but I could get over that too. Then people started pushing so hard I couldn't breathe anymore. Nor could my mom. She has artritis and stuff, and couldn't handle it anymore so the security had to actually carry her over the barricade and help her outside. Noel saw this happening and looked surprised. Then he asked what the fuck was happening. I was worried sick about my mom. Then a moment later the pushing happened again. And Noel then said we weren't at a goth gig and people needed to stop otherwise he would leave. He was really angry.
A roadie later came to my mom. Apparently Noel told him to go find "the woman who got carried away" and to tell her he was so sorry her gig was ruined by such vaginas, and to make her feel well and make her feel comfortable. She also had to write down her name and phone number and all. That was so sweet. He was really angry and nearly stopped the gig.
A bit later guys started pushing again. I almost thought of leaving too. Then this vagina started to push forward and me and this Portugese girl worked together to push him back. So mature, being a 6.3 ft guy trying to push girls that are barely 5.5 ft tall.
Okay and now about the gig itself. One of the best I've ever been to, and Noel sounded great. I really enjoyed it, Noel was joking, Mike and Russell really looked like they were enjoying themselves. And Tim is skinnier than he looks like on film. I cried a bit during EOTR and DLBIA was just a religious experience. But I couldn't enjoy WAL and The Masterplan anymore, because the pushing started again.

Noel really loves his fans and their moms! Maybe your mom will get a mention in Noel's next Tales?

Sorry to hear about those assholes. People like that deserve to be kicked out of the building without any kind of pity.
From this point of view, I actually HATE going to gigs because of all the fucking idiots around which will do everything they can to ruin your experience. Fuck them all! Find a better and less expensive way to spend a Friday evening, you losers...

The roadies and security guards were also worried about me. Dude I've been an adult for years, they thought I was a kid. I can handle it. I've seen my fair share of gigs.
But seriously, I've been to see Metallica and that was way calmer than this, actually.
I hope she'll get a mention. This is an issue that needs to be adressed. It's horrible. It's things like that that can convince them to not come back, I think.

Sorry to hear about that, really reminds me of a few Oasis gigs I've been to. Hope your mum is OK. The thing I've like about recent Noel gigs is that it seems to have got rid of a lot of the vaginas.

I'm sorry to hear about these idiots ruining it - again. I just watched the Düsseldorf gig which I attended and I am sure Noel didn't like the gig only because of the shouting idiots who seemingly came there only to provoke him Those idiots are ruining it for everybody else... a real shame. Hope everything is okay with your mum and she will still go to other gigs despite this. Nice of Noel to be that worried and feel responsible. Maybe he will call you up (did I get that right that he wanted you phone number?), how great would that be. Getting a call from Noel Gallagher So the gig itself was great? Was the crowd more livid and passionate than in Düsseldorf?

Yeah she had to write down her name, phone number, adress, email..everything. Thay would be amazing. Would never happen, obviously. I think the first few rows were very livid and enthusiastic, dancing and singing, but I'm not sure about the rest. The balcony looked pretty tame, but came to life a bit later.

If mimmihopps was there, I'd be interested to hear if her experience was similar.

So, I suppose, judging by the way he's acting nowadays, Noel will probably ring at your door with flowers in his hands and play you a private gig . Please make sure you record it.

I'm sorry to hear about your mum, Mean Mrs. Mustard. All the Gallagher's related gigs I've been to (Oasis, Beady Eye, NGHFB), Beady Eye's Paradiso gig last year was the worst, not gig itself, but crowds. I've seen Oasis 4 times and there was always some idiots who kept throwing beer during the gigs, but not at Noel's gig in Melkweg in 2011. I was at front row at Beady Eye in Paradiso last year, In the end of the gig, Liam came off from stage and was standing right front of me, then he got into the crowd. Before he got into the crowd, all the people behind me pushed so hard that i nearly couldn't breath, but that wasn't worst. When Liam went through the barrier, he nearly hit my forehead with his leg. If I didn't hold the barrier at that moment, I don't know what would have been happen to me at that night. Scary moment. All those idiots who think they're the only ones at gig and those who keep taking pictures and videos by their phone during a gig, shoulnd't be allowed to enter a gig. Hope your mum won't hate to go a gig next time.

Wow that sounds pretty horrible as well. And how was last night for you?
Yeah I agree about the pictures. I only took about 4, all during the first 3 songs, because I hate it when people do that but I still wanted to have a few pics.
My mom said she'll never go to a gig like this again. She's got tickets for Jonathan Jeremiah, but that's very calm music so nothing will happen and for Santana and sir Paul, but those are seating tickets and they don't draw this kind of public either, but she'll never go again. I get why. Things like this ruin the experience.
