Today was just confirmation day... We know the real way it will look on your CD/LP instagram.com/muse/p/0GHa16HXXV/It seems to be a callback to the absolution album cover... I like that. You cant access the website anymore, mistake perhaps? Oh well, we have to wait less than 7 days again(spaces are notated with %20)

We got a tracklist!
DRONES 1. Dead Inside 2. [Drill Sergeant] 3. Psycho 4. Mercy 5. Reapers 6. The Handler 7. [JFK] 8. Defector 9. Revolt 10. Aftermath 11. The Globalist 12. Drones
From Matt: “To me, 'Drones' are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behaviour with no recourse. The world is run by Drones utilizing Drones to turn us all into Drones. This album explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors." The first single from Drones, “Dead Inside,” will debut the week of 23 March. Preorder for the new album will be available tomorrow at 7:30pm GMT, along with the new song “Psycho.”
Also new tour dates
15 March | Belfast, Northern Ireland | Ulster Hall
16 March | Glasgow, Scotland | Barrowland
19 March | Newport, Wales | Newport Centre
20 March | Exeter, England | The Great Hall
22 March | Manchester, England | Manchester Academy
23 March | Brighton, England | Brighton Dom

I do like this song and I agree it does have an 'Uprising' feel to it but with more of a heavy 'Absolution' sound.
It reminds me a bit of 'Love Spreads' by the Roses as well.

it sounds more like *their* sound. Seems promising for the new album

"Your ass belongs to me now" What? This is much, much worse than "You need love just like a kid on crack" Anyway, it definitely sounds interesting (and promising!), even if there's not much in it apart from the big riff.

Yes, I saw it too. A Brazilian journalist said that the South America tour is confirmed for October. In Brazil they are playing alone, not in a festival. I hope here too. And I hope you are coming this time. I love Psycho. A little bit repetitive, but that riff is a killer.

psyco is a bad song. when they said they wanted to make an album hard rock, I was hoping to hear the powerful guitar riffs of "Plug in Baby" and "newborn" .... but in this song I only hear a guitar riff taken entirely from "the beautiful people "of marilyn manson, some pieces taken from" uprising ", a piece of roadhouse blues and the chorus of" personal jesus "of Depeche Mode

The riff is a very old one, from 1999. Here you can hear it after 2:00. It was played often after Stockholm Syndrome and Map of the Problematique. And the funny thing is the Argentinians already know how to sing it.
