Ah yes, the crazy bastards that gave us Brexit. There's literally no party I want to vote for just now but I certainly won't be voting Tory. Why not Labour? They're politically Left of Centre again, as they always should've been, and Corbyn's shown he's not completely useless. In fact, to me, he's looked rather good - and a hell of a lot better than anyone the Tories have fielded. I mean, look at this:
An actual human being who visibly cares for - and has a rapport with - other human beings. How long have we waited to see that in a Labour politician? I'm fully behind them as they are. I hope, even if they get mauled here, Corbyn stays on as leader and they continue in this vein for 2022. There will come a point where the Tories have fucked over simply too many people for it to be ignored any longer. Police officers, firefighters, teachers, nurses and doctors, disabled people, young people, old people... You can't pull that kinda shit with EVERY SINGLE social grouping and expect to still win majorities. Not when there's a generation of voters coming through who are not taken in by print media as generations before were.

If I lived in England, I'd most likely be voting Labour, however the Scottish Labour party are a joke at the moment. All they (and their Tory mates) can talk about is Indyref2 and their opposition to it.

The campaigning in Scotland is a joke, all the other parties do is talk about the SNP and the indy ref (even though this election is literally fuck all to do with another referendum and has no bearing on one whatsoever). I had a quick scan of a Tory leaflet I got through the door and I think it mentioned the SNP/Indy about 18 times and that was a 2 sided pamphlet. Nothing about what they were going to do for the people at all. Just been down and voted for SNP. Hopefully the polls and betting odds are as wrong as they have been at the last few elections.

I can't comment on Scottish Labour (though every Scot I know echoes your views), but if the SNP are the best chance you lot have got of stopping the Tories winning seats where you are, then it's gotta be done, an't it? As chuffed as I am with what Corbyn has managed to make of Labour in England and (I assume) Wales and Northern Ireland, in this campaign, party allegiances can't get in the way of the ultimate goal of this election (and any other we have), of fucking off the Tories by any means necessary.

Not got much hope at all, hope I'm wrong though.

Will be voting Green because it's a safe Labour seat here at uni. Vote Labour, then, and make it safer. It's been a Labour seat since 1987 with Labour at 50.0% of the vote, Tories 2nd with 19.9%, Greens with 11.6% and Lib Dems with 10.8% at the last election. Plus it's a university seat, so the left wing vote is pretty much safe I'd only vote tactically if there was a need, and seeing as there's a negligible risk of the Tories getting 15,000 more votes in the space of 2 years, I might as well vote for the party whose views align closest to mine. What's the point of voting if you can't express your opinion out of fear? EDIT : Also, come to think of it, the Greens have opted not to field a candidate for seats where it's a clear cut marginal between either the Tories and Labour or the Tories and the Lib Dems in order to give the left wing parties a better chance. The Lib Dems, the same. Labour, however, they're still putting up candidates everywhere, splitting the left vote, so why should I tactically vote for a party which has implicitly demonstrated that they're against tactical voting?

Aye, the Tory c*nts will win, but hopefully not by as big a margin as the polls are saying.

David Cameron saying "If you wanna be prime minister, you gotta get with my friends" basically sums up the Tories.

If it's a general election, I think who to vote for is a no brainer in most parts of Scotland - you vote Labour. Labour won't get into government until it wins back Scotland, and a general election vote is a good place to start for them. The SNP have power where it really matters in the Scottish Parliament and I see no point in their sideshow politics in Westminster when those hefty number of seats could just be given to strengthen Labour. Balls to Kezia Dugdale, she's shown how shite she is in the Scottish elections, this should purely be a vote for the Westminster led party of Corbyn.

Well fuck me! The exit poll is predicting a minority Tory government!!
If that's right, then May has fucked it up spectacularly!

If true, fair play to Corbyn, he's played a blinder this campaign. As I said, if he impressed me this campaign then he must have been doing very well! And if this turns out to be true, could the Tories be possibly be kicked out for a progressive alliance?

I just can't believe this, cant see this as real. Dear God, if there's only a few % out in Labours direction in the exit poll then the Tories are out. Think the Tories will end up with a majority though.
