Who are you planning on voting for in the upcoming UK general election?
The parties standing in my constituency are Labour, Conservative, Lib Dems, SNP, UKIP and Green.
Out of those I feel the Labour candidate has the most to offer. In Scotland, the party is in a bad way and is led by incompetence but to me they are preferable to the SNP.

Labour.
I don't believe in Ed Milliband (although I don't think he's anything like the wally portrayed by Murdoch Media) and I'm not entirely over the moon with the rest of the party, I don't think there's an awful lot of difference between them and the rest of the parties these days, but they're the best chance we've got of getting the Tories out, so it's a no-brainer as far as can see.

Green... ...although I'm considering a begrudgingly tactical Labour vote.

My prediction: Conservative/UKIP Coalition
Which, as a pretty extreme left-winger, is a terrifying prospekt.

My predictions.
The Lib Dems are going to be almost wiped out but will always have their core constituencies. The SNP will gain a lot of seats at the expense of Labour, who will be left with around 4 or 5 seats in Scotland. The Tories will lose a few seats to Labour in England but not enough for a Labour majority. UKIP will gain a couple in the south east but not nearly enough to get into power via a coalition. Green will gain a few seats but not enough to have any major impact. I wish they had candidates in more constituencies.
Regardless of what Miliband said, I think we will see a Lab-SNP coalition.

I don't understand a single thing about british politicians. I have british friends and basically they say that Cameron is shit, Farage is shit, the Millband guy, or whatever he's called, is shit. Some say Great Britain is full of immigrants (London in particular) because of Blair, others because of Cameron. LOL.
I only know Farage is like Matteo Salvini here in Italy.

You've just summed up British politics. All of the leaders are deeply flawed.

Labour's slogan should be 'It could be worse'
I'm a staunch labour supporter, not because I have any particular faith in them, but just because they're the least offensive option. The Tories openly and have always despised the working-classes, the Lib Dems completely turned around and lied to us about tuition fees at the last election, and Ukip are ridiculous. I really can't understand the appeal of Ukip. I can see how, if you were easily led and disenfranchised, the BNP could appeal to white working-class voters who felt the need to kick against something. Not that I'd ever support such a racist party, but I can understand how some people could be tricked into such a bigoted way of thinking. But Ukip are just Tories. They don't give a shit about the working classes either. Ukip are the BNP for people who shop at waitrose.

Hooray! Whoopey! 1p of a pint of beer! Fuck you George Osbourne, you patronising, piece of shit. A public pandering gimmick so obvious it's insulting. Worst of all there are people out there who will buy it. Never have I disliked a politician more than him. The man should be in jail. Why so many vote Tory baffles and confuses me.

The highlight of this Tory (sorry, coalition) government has to be the pasty tax. All these privately educated politicians lying about having pasties in train stations and trying to connect with the 'common man' was absolutely hysterical. I lost track of how many U-turns occurred over that period. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasty_tax

My prediction: Conservative/UKIP Coalition Which, as a pretty extreme left-winger, is a terrifying prospekt. Will never happen, I can assure you have nothing to worry about. Besides, that wouldn't even form a majority government and would still be a minority - UKIP, at the very best, will win 3 seats. And the Tories and Labour have already ruled out a coalition with the SNP, so the chances of a strong government are nil. The strategy of Labour getting into bed with the SNP is highly unlikely because if English voters see the SNP in government, it will play right into the Tories hands and their opinion polls will soar. But I can see a Labour minority with an 'informal relationship' with the SNP perhaps. What will happen come the Friday morning of the 8th May will be that the country will be in a state of limbo - voting is so fragmented these days that not even two parties getting together will form a majority - certainly no strong majority with significant power is even remotely possible, unless Labour and Tories get together which is never ever going to happen. Whatever the case and whether it's Cameron or Miliband as Prime Minister, it's going to be the weakest, most unstable government for a long long time. And that's fine by me - I don't want Labour or the Tories getting a majority.
