Thanks for these! Love the song - these little throwaways sound great when mixed in with the main album tracklist. Gives the whole thing a nice varied "White Album" vibe. Does anybody know to download from either of these two streaming sites? None of my usual downloaders will work on them. * No direct download link please as it's an official release. Haven't listened to that Paul McCartney tune yet. I only listened to Here's A Candle one time with shitty quality.
Thanks for the link(s), guys! To be honest, it was what I expected after hearing Leave my Guitar alone. I wasn't looking forward that much to it, that would have been different if the first B-Side had been of the quality (or close to it) of Alone On The Rope for example. Whereas with the first album period I much preferred the B-Sides, especially ASGOG and AOTR, to the album tracks, this time it seems like Noel got the tracklisting right. I mean, at least he put throwaway songs as b-sides. Still, it would have been even better if we got some experimental stuff as b-sides. I'd have preferred more serious, maybe even darker stuff. Well, it's better than putting some kind of remix as a b-side, I guess.

I don't mind the remixes but I definitely agree with you on some darker music, something heavier, atmospheric or bass driven would be great, Gas Panic or Teotihuacan style with vocals.

Thanks for the links guys.
Tune reminds of those odd 70s novelty songs like Leftenant Pigeon's Mouldy Old Dough....

No direct download link please as it's an official release. I didn't ask for a direct download link. I edited the original post by silverhammer as he posted the link which you can download mp3, that's why I deleted the link and that comment was made by me, not silverhammer. silverhammer, apologise for confusing, but the link you posted had to be removed.

I quite like it. The track combined with Noel's delivery does sound a little too much some kind of cheeky, flirty, saloon song, some southern gal would be singing - but it's a decent effort and something a little different, which is always welcome. Very much a b-side, but a fun one at that.
Like others have said, going off this and Leave My Guitar Alone, it sounds like Noel's trying to write another Bonehead's Bank Holiday, Round Are Way, D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman... ect. which I think is a good move, seeing as two of them are amongst my favourite songs of his.
Had he stuck it on the end of the Chasing Yesterday [Deluxe Edition] it would of thrown it a too far off, so leaving it off was probably for the best.

Finally got the chance to listen to it thanks to some kind person.
Yeah, the one and only time I've listened to it and will listen to it. Appalling. And a fucking kazoo! What is he, Paul McCartney in the 80s?

Kazoos are fuckin amazing, though. But unfiltered, this one is too produced.
