Love it! Seems odd to hear it faster after all these years, but sounds fresh. I miss the solo, but i'm not sure how it would work on this version.

It does feel strange hearing a new version of a song you have been listening to for 15 years, doesn't it?
Anyway, I really like the backing vocals, the faster pace and the guitar sound. Really good production again. The album tracks are still better, so I'm glad it's a b-side. I think this might be the first album cycle where I haven't thought some b-side should have been on the album.

Absolutely love this and much prefer it to the demo.
With regards to file sharing, how about this:
Remove the .mp3 extension from the file or whatever extension it is.
Open it as a plain text file in your favourite text editor.
Upload the text somewhere.
The new recipient saves the text as file with the same extension as before.
Voila!

He absolutely ruined it.
Same problem with Dying Of The Light; he's squeezing all the emotion out of it. What's the rush?
And as for removing the epic solo what a fucking shame....

Its a b-side that's better than most A-sides Oasis released in the latter years and most definitely better than just about anything Beady Eye have done. Really like this song. Another solid bonus track.

It's very nice I've never been a fan of the demo, it was lifeless and plain boring except for the solo. We have lost the solo but the song as a whole is now better crafted and much more lively. Love the backing vocals and production seems great. |
