Song 1: Meh Song 2: Meh Song 3: Meh
I'd rather have another Albarn solo album at this point.

Song 1: Meh Song 2: Meh Song 3: Meh I'd rather have another Albarn solo album at this point. I pretty much agree with this and I'm in genuine fear that the general public will too.

So far they've all sounded like fairly decent album tracks... but single worthy? Hmm.
'Go Out' is still my favourite of the bunch so far. It sounds very strong in some places, weak in others.
Anyone else finding this 'Hong Kong' theme a little thin? It's rubbing me up the wrong way at the moment... It feels a little... obvious, maybe?

I like the the last two, but I'm not too sure about "Go out". Hopefully they'll announce a Europe tour soon..cause I will be there!! Can't wait!

Pretty bloody disappointed by these songs, they are okay but nothing special other than the guitar work. Im a huge Blur fan but prefer their post Britpop albums, loved Under the Westway and Damon's solo album. These songs sound to much like Blur trying to do the Blur sound, like if the Beatles got together in 1985 and wrote songs like I Want to Hold Your Hand and She Loves You.

I liked Go Out better than the last two ones, but they are all just ok songs.

I've found the link on a blur forum The download will be available for only a week, so be quick

I've gotta be honest - I wasn't expecting to like this album much, particularly after the release of Go Out (which i find pretty average), but after listening to the stream, it sounds pretty damn good. Already prefer it to Think Tank.

Watched Jools Holland last night (anyone catch that lass who sung a song called Bird Of Prey? She was really cool I thought, might buy that track) thought Blur's first number sounded like a rehash of some of the dross I associate them with from the nineties, instantly forgettable for me, almost as bad as the shite the Vaccines played...but that Ong Ong tune I really liked

Waiting for the album to be released before I listen to all of it, but I liked the three first songs they released (especially Lonesome Street) so I'm optimistic. Of course I guess since Damon Albarn throws out quite a bit of music these days, there's bound to be some more average stuff.
